:rolleyes: Tapping fingers waiting for hubby to show so we can go for our walk before sunset and the colder air sets in! Wishes I think thats a great ideal I tell my daughter it's our special time together and we talk about school and scenery ect!

DAY 8 FOOD
South Beach peanutbutter cereal bar(140 cals)
1 turkey sand on lite wheat w/ mustard/20 chesse-its/10grapes(280 cals)
1 weight watchers strawberry cheesecake(140 cals)
I had 1 piece of shake and bake chciken breast and mixed veggies(350 cals)
1 slimfast peanutbutter crunch bar and 15 grapes(165 cals)
1 60 calorie fat free pudding carmle (60 cals)
CALORIES 1240

Waves to "B" & Britta.Well just got back from my walk and it was about
8:30 when I left and it was cold and being tanning bed burnt made me colder
like the chills blah anyways I walked 2 miles :) .I am getting up tomorrow
going to the tanning bed and str8 to the floodwall for my 3 mile walk.
I had another good day and if I keep this up I will be my 164 by May then
hopefully 140's by August/September :D Atleast thats what the plan is.

Tammy, that great but try to eat natural peanut butter. Make sure it's organic, it's lower in sodium and sugar but high in protein.

do you have a blog? I started mine when I plateaued. I have some tips on it, some might not agree but it's worked for me.

I hated being overweight after having my first child and now I went from 180lbs to 145lbs.

ahh I have an 8yo with depression problems. Not related to diet or anything though. Ive been meaning to take her out walking/running with me as well. Maybe i should start today :)

I want to do this with my 12 yr old - she is interested in jogging I suggested to her it is somethign we coudl do together - both my kids have slowing been changign there eating habits also since I have changed mine and made healthier choices available
 
Howdy everyone,
Just got back for tanning bed and I did the lay down bed for 6 minutes with a muscle shirt on and my spongebob boxers lol! I have to do that atleast until some of the red goes away.My diet is going good for the 1st time in a while.I am however going to play cards tonight and I refuse to eat the bad foods they have there! I may take a healthy dinner to eat later at night which is better than giving into the bad pizzas ect they fix late at night,we usually play cards till 4am thats why I am trying to fix where I screw up at all the time I am also packing my healthy snacks.

I guess I am stuck working out at home because I don't have time to go for my walk before hubby goes to work.I am and will survive the weekend.Well I will update this before I leave.Tammy

"IMFAT" I will try the peanutbutter I know from compring lables with less sugar and reduced fat it is only 1-2 grams and I would rather have my yummy honey roasted but if theres a big difference in the organic and the taste isn't bad I will switch thanks ;) I will check out your blog and no I dont have 1

"CERELLA" Good luck hun it is hard and it seems even harder to make the switch with the foods with my daughter she is way more stubborn than me.I no the problem has worsened because she talks about food morning day and night example she finished breakfast and asked what was for lunch and dinner then asked how long does she have to wait to eat lunch and dinner then went on to discuss tomorrows meneue she's obsessed with food as I am/was I hope I can talk to her and explain I always say I don't want you to have to go through with what mommy went thru in school the kids were and can be cruel!

Well it is 2:23 AM and I did good at my aunts I packed a couple healthy snack bars and chewed gum BUT when I got home I at late but it wasn't bad food I had 2 pieces of LITE wheat toast egg sub (220 calories) I was starving tho and I said what the heck I sleep in on Sundays so concider that Breakfast lol. 1 lean cuisine lasagna w/ mini chciken patties(280)

Total Calories 1280 Wow I am shocked look at all the food I ate :)
Exersices walked 1 mile on the floodwall froze my butt off lol
 
:) your doing it girly - I am absooutly amazed at how well you pick yourself up everytime you fall down - Im very proud of you - Sorry abt our challenge and posting food and such my Wednesday Thursday Frida were pretty insaine - working late long hours and such anyway - I have been eatign well and normal - will vehckk into our thread tomorrow with a weigh in :) Im very proud of you
 
Howdy and thank you Cerella,I had a pretty good busy day with all my store errons and taking my mom to see my stepdad.I managed to walk 2 miles in the drizzle but I am not complaining I'll take temps in the 40's and drizzle anyday lol!

I know calories were low but I slept till noon and left so all the food listed I ate between 2-8 I am going to add some stationary bikeing will add totals in the morning.

Well didn't get to bike lastnight I got too tired but did walk 2 miles.I weighed in at 189 this morning but nothing ofically counts until Friday.


DAY 9 FOOD

I think you're doing great

but did you start out losing weight at 1200 calories or higher? I just lost my pound eating roughly 2000 calories. It took 2 1/2 weeks.
 
Howdy Happy,I have always ate roughly around 1200 and I lost the 1st 50 lbs from July-Nov then slowed down alot do to cheating all the time around the holidays then the bad weather we had for the last month didn't help.

Ok after readding alot of diaries today you early birds motivated me to get my butt exersicing early so I did 45 minutes of "1 mile on treadmill "2 miles on stationary bike"25 squats"65 crunches"so if I don't get a chance to walk my exersice is done and if I get back from BINGO intime I may take a mile or 2 walk.
