Good afternoon,
*Waves to Mal & Lena* Well went to the tanning bed
at 11:30am and I am offically PINK lol I am not miserable though but if
I don't go and slowly tan I will be red lobster for summer I actually tan using
the tanning bed then when I have to be out in the sun I get darker as before
I used to go straight into the sun with tanning lotion that had sunblock in it
and still burn bad.
I hate when you find something you like for lunch and go to make it and your out of the main thing I really wanted my tirkey sandwhich/mustard but I don't have any turkey lol so I settled for a baked potatoe with fat free toppings.
I am getting ready to visit the hell hole that my stepdad is in and then going for my walk when I get back on the floodwall :D .
HAVE A NICE DAY EVERYONE............................TAMMY

Hey Tammy! I love getting my eyebrows waxed! for some masochisitc reason it feels good to me, even the plucking. I however avoid tanning beds at all costs. I'm 27 years old and I get mistaken for a high schooler all the time. Its because I've lived in an area that see's very little sun, no sun damage to my youthful glowing skin. But to each their own.
Oh, I heart bingo too! last time I went I didn't win anything but I had the best time cause I got to hang out with my grandma and her sisters. Have a great day!

Hi Tammy!!! You are doing good with your foods!! *CLAPS*
My dad has a tanning bed, In 2005 my hubby was coming to visit on his leave time for two weeks. So the week before he was going to come down I went to my dad's house to tan for the very first time, I did the first session for 5 minutes, then went back in about two hours later and did another 5 minutes. The next day I did 15 minutes just once that day. I kid you not the same day I started to itch like crazy. Sure enough I got a tanning burn. Mind you I was naked. So by the time my hubby came home to visit(Who I haven't seen for six months) My butt, My boobs,My stomach were all piling and looked wierd. I t was so nasty but yet funny!! Never agian.

My mom does the mistic tanning. That works wonders. It'e that spray tanning and it actually makes you look taned. Not that orange color but a brown color. That is on my list of things to do. Sorry for the novel of my life. Just stopping on by to say HI!! Don't forget to drink your WATER!!!!

My daughter actually enjoyed walking with my and ahe kept saying mommy we are going to look pretty and I told her she was already beautiful we are doing this to become(me) and stay(her)healthy!

You're a great mom, you'r teaching your daughter to care for her health. Too many parents don't do it...I do some baby sitting in the evenings and there's this 10 yo girl, she's so fat and her mom keeps giving her loads of food because she says the girl needs it to grow up...I'd like to tell her that she's already too "grown up"...she's only teaching the girl that when you're sad, angry, nervous or (worse) bored the right solution is to eat. That girl's going to have a lot of problems when she's an adult.

Good job with the weight loss!

Thank you Mal and Venice it is a battle with her as well as myself.
I feel bad for prsenting poor eating habbits as she grew up and I am trying to slowly make the switch to healthier chcoices. She already show's self esteem problems and she's only 8,she doesn't feel compfy in her bathing suite.I try to make it like a fun thing to do which I like walking you should never put a child on a diet or even show any sighns that they have a weright problem you knid of just offer ways to get up and move and switching those sugary sweets to splenda made ones and baked cheetos instead of regular she love grapes so I bought them in bulk lol.
I am hoping this works but sometimes grandma sends home a ton of snack cakes cookies chips muffins a week for the kids so I need to tell her in a nice way.

DAY 7 MY FOOD SO FAR
south beach peanutbutter cereal bar
1 healthymade turkey sandwhich w/ 20 reduced fat cheese-it/15 grapes
weight watchers strawberry cheesecake

Tammy- You should be proud of yourself for seeing where you can make changes for your daugher's self-confidence. One thing I see in little girls ALL THE TIME is that they ABSORB everything their mothers do and say. It's soooo amazing how even things that we do not know we do, they pick up on. You are an amazing mother-She will thank you for all of this when she is older!!!

ahh I have an 8yo with depression problems. Not related to diet or anything though. Ive been meaning to take her out walking/running with me as well. Maybe i should start today :)
