stop making me hungry :( lol, its freeezing here at the moment too, or maybe im just a wimp, im never the right temperature, in summer i boil, (maybe bcos i wear jumpers all the time lol) and freeezing in winter.
 
Howdy everyone well I walked 10 blocks which if I am correct
doesn't that = a mile? I also did 1 mile on treadmill for 15.39 min
and 10 mins on eliptical and 110 crunches 15 scissors!!:)
 
Wow Tammy you are doing awesome ! You met your goal and beat me ha ha ha...get ready to step it up because this is gonna be a strict week for me to make up for a lot of messing up last week! I might catch you before its all said and done:) but anyways you really are doing great even tho you had a low day or 2 your weightloss is still awesome!
 
Hey there MOnkey good to see ya! Yeah I have been sick
with the nasty can't breath or taste so not much of an
appetite today was the 1st day in 3 days that I was sort of
hungry. Your doing great to Tammy:)
 
I'm so relieved your house didn't burn down because of your furnace!!! I hope you are feeling better soon!! Winter will come to an end!!
 
Heya's Beckster Thank you girl me to that smell is still lingering in here
and they are not coming till tomorrow and it is cold in 1/2 my house.I
have 2 oilfilled heaters which heat a total of 4 rooms and I use the oven to get a good heat going then turn it off I have 1 more heater but I keep blowing the circut breaker so not safe to run 3 lots of voltage.

Well all tonight is my neices b-day party at "CHCUKY CHEESE" I had my southbeach pizza for lunch so I am not tempted I love their pizza but none for me I hate there nasty cake so thats easy to lol! I need to figure out what exeserices to do before we leaveand I will post later.

DAY 26
Breakfast 1 peanutbutter cereal SounthBeach bar(140 cals 5 fat)
Lunch SouthBeach pizza (320 cals 11 fat)
Snack 1 weight watcher frozen Rasaberry cream on a stick(120 cals .05 fat)
Dinner 1 piece Chicken breast 1 healthy loaded baked potatoe (380 cals 4 fat)
SNACK 1 slimfast peanutbutter crunch(120 cals 4 fat)
TOTAL CALORIES 1100............................TAMMY
 
Alllll the time. I drives me insane when people go on and on about not being able to recognize me. I know they're meaning it as a compliment, but COME ON - my face is the SAME - a bit smaller, but over all - it's the SAME! LOL!

Me too...it's kind of frustrating. But I'm gonna keep going by the scale, or I'll go nuts with it.
 
Personally i think its awesome thgat they dont recognize me. It just shows up the people who never really knew you. But I shouldnt be harsh, sometimes not recognizing a person is an actual compliment and testiment to how much you have changed..
 
YUM Chucky Cheese Pizza...OH MAN, I love that stuff...your cals are lookin kinda low girly, sick or not...when you feel better I wanna see them at least to 1200...

because I emailed some pics to a far away relative of my hubbys side and
they asked which pic was me and when they said the 1 in the green shirt they were like NOWAY and she looks good.
My #1 problem is I can not handle a compliment I don't know what to say and I still feel huge at times.
CINER I know hun my cals are low but when your nose is draining into your throat and you cannot taste your food you don't have much of an appetite and only eayt when your tummy growls.But I did get to 1100 today which is good for how I feel.
EXERSICES I managed to do 3.4 miles on my stationary bike and 75 crunches 10 squats 15 scissors.
I plan to add 75 more crunches when I get home for a total of 150!
OK OFF TO SEE THE BIG HAPPY MOUSE:)

I have the same problem with compliments, especially the ones that start out, "OMG - I DIDN'T recognize you!!" Well, um, I STILL have the same face ;)

Granted, I don't think that's the response they're looking for!

Hi, I was just reading some of your recent posts :) I think you should be sooooo proud of yourself that people can't recognize you. You and so many other people on WLF have been so dedicated to lose the weight. I hope your dedication rubs off on me!

I have seen the whole "wow - can't believe it's you" thing from the other side... My friend and I lost about 16lbs at the same time. She got a million compliments and I got none! It kind of made it worse when she pointed out I lost weight too and the person had to say "oh yeah, um, you look good too". She was doing the right thing and being a great friend but I didn't want to force the comments!!! :eek: funny :)

Yeah my cold is about the same still BLAH! My tummy is growling to
but it is 11:20 pm NOWAY
!! I did great at chuckee cheese didn't eat 1 bite of anything but my
slimfast snack bar I am happy for that.I did come home get another
75 crunches in 15 siccors and 1.5 miles with my dog walking!
My sis N law threw me some nice compliments and I haven't seen her
since Xmas (1 month) and she said looks like I lost another 20 lbs I did
lose 13 lbs.

I just stood there said thank you and said she looks nice and then I
swear I turned red in my face because I can't handle a compliment
it's almost like I feel embarassed weird huh??
It's better than the smurks and the pointing when I was heavier I just need to learn how to react lol this is all new territory for me!
Well I am going to bed and hope my cold gets better.:)
 
Good afternoon and thank you all!
Well not a whole lot going on except I have to find a place to store
like 500 articles of clothes.We ran out of dresser space and we only have 1 closet and the kids have that in there room for toys so my laundry room became a clothes storgae with the exception of so unorganized anyhoo the furnace people are comeing tomorrow to finally bless us with heat and a new furnace and guess where the furnace is located in the laundry room so I will be in the bacement for hours making room for them to work and such!

No walking tonight we got a little more snow so the paths aren't as clear as they have been so I will post later what I decide on doing.
DAY 27
Breakfast--- omlette +1 piecie wheat toast w/ spray butter(190 cals 5 fat)
Lunch-----Chicken club pinini sand lean cuisine(320 cals 8 fat)
Snack ---1 slimfast whole grain choch chip muffin(geeesh small)(140 cals 6 fat)
Dinner ---- 1weight watchers chciken fettuchini and green beans(290 cals 8 fat)
SNACK----1 southbeach peanutbutter meal bar(140 cals 5 fat)
TOTAL CALS 1180
