Thank you for all the encouragement! I am feeling
the pain today I am slugish depressed and the scale oh the scale!
I weighed in at 186.5 thats +2.5 I gained for my little fiesta on Sat
and Sun! I am going to make up fopr iot tho because I am telling ya I feel
better both healthy and emotional when I am eating right.
LOL I emailed the people on the tankini to see if they have a 10/12 only
because I am bigger ontop and most swim suites you have to buy seperatley
do to the BOOBS lol! It's neat if you all wanna check it out on ebay it's an actual swimsuite shop called miamibeach wear they have some cuite stuff!

BREAKFAST-- 1- 100 cal pk choch muffins(100 cals 4 fat)
LUNCH 1 healthymade turkey sandwhich(175 cals 1.5 fat)
SNACK 1 South beach peanutbutter cereal protein bar(140 cals 5 fat)1 Tablespoon peanutbutter spoon(90 cals 5 fat)
DINNER 1 piece chcicken breast lemon pepper 2 mixed veggies(300 cals 4 fat)
SNACK 1 peanutbitter crunch bar lim fast 1 special K bar(210 cals 6 fat)
TOTAL CALORIES 1100...............I will exersice later and post
