Howdy everyone!!!
I weighed in at 184 even!!!! Thats 4 lbs lost since last
Friday and another 1.5 lost since Monday.Not cheating is really paying off
but eventually I need to eat something I have been craving before an all out
late night binge occurs.I feel I am in control this Monday being 2 weeks that I haven't had 1 peice of bad food.****(HAPPY DANCE)***
DAY 29
Breakfast 1 peanut butter sand on lite wheat no jelly(170 cals 6 fat)
Lunch I made chciken soft tacos 2 of them 1 healthy wheat shell(130 cals 3 fat)counting meat Fat free cheese Ff sourcream)1 sundried tomatoe shell(220 cals 8 fat)
Snack Weight watchers strawberry cheesecake(140 cals 4 fat)
Dinner Mixed veggies 1 peice of lemon pepper chciken breast(290 cals 5 fat)
Snack 1 bowl of 1/2 reduced sugar apple cinnamon oatmeal(110 cals 1.5 fat)
Snack #2 special K honey nut snack bar(90 cal 1.5 fat)
TOTAL CALORIES 1160
