Ack - that's what I'm doing today (sort of) helping Meg clean out closets.

Howdy Well I sorta got things picked up and moved outta the way
just not sorted lol.Ok exersice I did 75 crunches 5.2 miles on my
stationary bike in 23 minutes and a few squats and scissors.
I am beat from the basement cleaning and my cold so thats about
it for tonight,Tammy:)

Howdy everyone, Yay for heat they just finished up the damage
$495 for a new furnace not a bad deal thanks to home warranty!
Well not much going on today excpet going to bingo.My cold is
still the same ole same ole it usually takes a couple weeks for me to
get rid of a cold,I rarely get sick unless I am preggers than I catch
everything.Thanks for the warm visits.Geesh high 27 today :rolleyes: !

Breakfast omlette egg sub fat free cheese (130 cals 0 fat)
Lunch Lean cuisine chciken club pinini (320 cals 8 fat)
Snack Weight Watchers orange creamcycles (110 cals 1.5 fat)
Dinner 1 baked garlic and herb chciken breast 1 small baked potatoe
all fatfree cheese sour cream spray butter(360 cals 6 fat)
Snacks Slimfast peanut butter crunch and a honeynut special K bar
(210 cals 5.5 fat)
TOTAL CALORIES 1140 I may grab a teaspoon of peanutbutter thats another
60 cals so 1200........................

I weighed in at 184 even!!!! Thats 4 lbs lost since last
Friday and another 1.5 lost since Monday.Not cheating is really paying off
but eventually I need to eat something I have been craving before an all out
late night binge occurs.I feel I am in control this Monday being 2 weeks that I haven't had 1 peice of bad food.****(HAPPY DANCE)*** :D

DAY 29
Breakfast 1 peanut butter sand on lite wheat no jelly(170 cals 6 fat)
Lunch I made chciken soft tacos 2 of them 1 healthy wheat shell(130 cals 3 fat)counting meat Fat free cheese Ff sourcream)1 sundried tomatoe shell(220 cals 8 fat)
Snack Weight watchers strawberry cheesecake(140 cals 4 fat)
Dinner Mixed veggies 1 peice of lemon pepper chciken breast(290 cals 5 fat)
Snack 1 bowl of 1/2 reduced sugar apple cinnamon oatmeal(110 cals 1.5 fat)
Snack #2 special K honey nut snack bar(90 cal 1.5 fat)
TOTAL CALORIES 1160

Thank you FS!!! Ok it is 4:30 and inbetween kids I hopped on the
treadmill and got a mile in so far walking at 3.2 MPH with4 mini runs
at 6.3 I did in 15.45 min and I did 100 situps.My goal is to get in 15 minutes
of elipitical later and another 50 crunches.:)
 
I am not reading diaries today, so I hope you had a great day! i didn't and have a lot to get done, so that's why I am just rushing through.
