Well I weighed in at 185.5 thats 2.5 lost this week

yay atleast something going right for me oh and YAY again the furnace people came and condemed my furnace because it is a fire hazard and our new 1 will be in tomorrow we only have to pay $450 because home warranty dont cover sheet meta freeon and removal of old furnace so not a bad deal.The pan that was under the coilhad melted overtop the heat exchange and was catching fire

I am going to try to do my treadmill since there is snow on the ground but it is freezing in my basement we have some heaters for the middle floor but the bathroom and exersice equipment is downstairs BRRRRRRR!!

Breakfast 1 omlette (egg sub canadian bacon fat free cheese)(150 cals 2 fat)
LUnch 1 southbeach turkey bacon wraps w/mustard (210 cals 9 fat)
Snack 1 Weight Watchers chochlate cake (220 cals 4 fat)
Dinner 1 piece chicken breast 1/2 can french style greenbeans(270 cals 4 fat)
Snack Weight watchers frozen orange cream bar(110 cals 0.5 fat)

wow these are big and very lowfat & cal yummy treat
SNACK#2 because my cals are on the low side slimfast peanutbutter crunch(120 cals 4 fat)
