I am cold all the time.Since I had my son last April
I shiver easily and 60lbs of extra warmth gone now
lol thats why I was concidering walking tonight but
I would be so miserable.It is27 right now and by the time
hubby gets home and I can get out for my walk it will be
16 not considering the windchill I don't have anything to
keep my legs warm and my nose heck even my hands freeze
with gloves on.SO YESS I AM A COLD PERSON. I am cold
talking about cold.Tammy
 
god I hear you! It is so cold here. It was 15 this morning and my classroom has been cold all day. I can't feel my toes anymore! Hope you are doing well post bad days:) Sounds like your back on track!

Ok me and my oldest (nia 8 years)exersiced in the basement.
I did 1 mile treadmill 15 min eliptical 100 crunches 10 squats
15 scissors and some side kicks for inner thighs.Total 45 mins!!!!
I may go for a tiny walk because my dog won't quit howling and
sitting by the by the door crying lol! AMY I think we are stuck with
this crap for a while :rolleyes: :rolleyes: :rolleyes: ! Tammy
 
Not to mention you get the metabolism going faster...you finally got snow, hahaha...I hate it, time for mine to go!!! Oh newbride is joining our lil challenege, ie, me matching your cals you matching my exercise,..

I didn't know your metabolism speeds up faster? In that case I will do my best to get out and walk.It was 30's today not to bad so I went and took my dog for a 3 miles walk on the floodwall.My buttcheeks and tops of my legs were freezing but other than that not bad.I was checking out the river it is very high alot of buisnesses under water :eek: !
Well I don't think I am doing to bad I had 2 bad days out of 20 days thats
like a record for me lol!
It feels nice to get the exersicing out of the way earlier than 7 pm lol,I only have my 100 crunches left to do which by the way my tummy feels liked it has been kicked several times so I must be doing something right.

DAY20
Breakfast Omelett in a bag (160 cals 2 fat)
Lunch 1 grilled turkey and fat free cheese w/mustard and a 60 cal carmel pudding(270 cals 6 fat)
Snack 100 cal pk reesee snacks (100 cals 4 fat)
DINNER weight watchers chicken fettuchini 2 servs mixed veggies(430 cals 8 fat)
Snack 1 slimfast peanutbutter crunch bar(120 cals 4 fat)
TOTAL CALSORIES 1180
EXERSICES 3 MILES WALKING 100 CRUNCHES AND 12 SQUATS SCISSORS,LEGG KICKS LIYING ON SIDE:D

I did some side bends yesterday - oh my GOD! Today my sides are aching like crazy but it's a good ache, like hell yeah! I did some work!!..lol. Have a great day Tammy!! Stay warm! :D:D:D

Hey Tammy! i hope you aren't too cold. you are a brave person walking in 30* weather! It's in the 20's here but it is soooo slick there's no walking on it! I went to the gym though. It's a 20 min drive and it was kind of scary!! Have a great day!!:)
 
Howdy everyone I don't blame ys "B" I wouldn't be walking
if there was ice snow on the ground and if the temp was a few
degrees cooler I wouldn't have went for it.I just feel much better
and I actually push myself to walk beginning to end of the flood
wall I don't push myself that hard on the treadmill.
YEsterday was really the only bad under calorie day I had in a long time
because I was so tired I chose sleep over breakfast then was running behind
on my lunch and snack.Today I am only about 20 shy from 1200 and most of
the time at night I would grab a teaspoon of peanutbutter and not jot it down so thats another 60-90 cals not accounted for.

I just suck at bad craveing days lol! Well I hope weather conditions improve for ya BEGONE! I am doing 30 minutes of exersices later that consist of
100 crunches
leg lifts lieing on your side
scissors which you do laying on your bag good for INNER THIGHS
squats
(AMY'S) side bends for luv handle
15 girl style push ups (I suck at all push ups lol):D
the rest of mins I will finish on st.bike
 
Ok I am adding another 80 calories I made myself a "pink cow"
with my dinner which is 1/2 can diet red cream soda and 50 %
less sugar ice cream 2 lil scoops.
1220 TOTAL CALORIES.
 
Hey Tammy! youre doing so good!! we have alot in common, i stay home and babysit too!! hey are the southbeach meals good, i really like lean cuizines, and i here you on the "fast easy have kids dont want to cook thing" so i love pre packaged meals if theyre good for you! anyways good job!!!
 
Howdy and thank you's for the kind words I truley needed to here good
things right now.My hubby comes home and he is trying to be nice but he asked you feel like cheating I am going to get wendys and I have been drooling for over a week now over that $2.99 chicken bacon sand with fries and a frosty so I told him I would love to but I exersiced my butt off today and it's late so I told him go eat what he want's and I hopped in the shower and took a long hot one then came upstairs and grabbed me some dentene fire gum and this routine along with comeing on here helped me through this crisis this time.

Until next withdraw lol! YEAH I love the south beach turkey club wraps and if you are a big veggie lover(which I am not) the dinners look good. I actually have there peanutbutter cereal meal bars for when I don't feel like making my eggs 1 morning and those are good.

Monkey hey girl your doing good to just look at that ticker move.
