HEY GIRL! Sorry I've been MIA, but I MUST say the new hair color looks AMAZING! You look even more beautiful, that is definitely your color!!! You look HOT indeed!! I'll catch up on your diary a little later. I just got over my shock with 2LA's situation and found out what happened and I saw your beautiful new avatar and had to come over and say so.

I'll keep it atleast for the winter.I was tempted to re-dye it back I
guess cuz I am not used to it but you guys changed my mind! Next
thing you know I will be posting a bald picture after re-dying too soon
and asking "how do I look"lol?
Well I had a grilled ham and swiss actually made that healthy but my
fried potatoes and cheese wasn't healthy.I am walking some more tonight
and hoping to maintain until next Tuesday!Have a great day all Tammy:)
 
girl you would look good in a coon skin cap on inside out lol....... no worries it's fun to change things around abit. why I might even try a haircut one of these days lol.....

Yep, i get that too.
Going either dark when you're light or vice versa is quiet a change to get used to. It may look really good but you have to kind of accept it for yourself.

Ive been trying to go natural but when im dark i just really dont like it :/

Im debating going something like yours though which is kind of inbetween.
 
yea going from light to dark really looks better than going from dark to light. that kinda gives you a bleach blonde European look lol.... you look fantablous, keep it for awhile......
 
Hello Wow thank's you all made my day!:D I'll kepp it for a while
I did take the light streaks out and added more darker red streaks.
Thats another thing I hate my hair is straighter than anything and
won't hold a curl no matter what I do,I would love to do something
with it other than ponytail and str8 look.

I had bad foods today but not alot of it I had fried potaoes and a grilled ham and swiss cooked in FF butter spray.(that was breakfast &lunch together)
For dinner I had a cheese quesadilla I drank water no pop and a handful of
chochlate covered pretzles.I am guessing about 1500 calories.
I didnt eat after 8 also so a little disapline still.Tammy:)

Heya's Ryan!! Well today came and and went! Today seemed so
slowwwwwwwwwwwwww.I can't wait to get my butt in gear I ran
out of almost everything healthy I don't get paid until Friday so
I will stock up on lots of lean meats such as chciken pork chops I actually have a turkey defrosting.I am going to try a low carb diet,I think that would
work better to get this 45lbs off by March I will eventually go back to calorie
counting for my normal lifestyle but I need a kick start and something new.

My exersice bike came today I have been out of a bike for over a
month cuz it broke and 7th ave replaced it!I was actually using it everyday
and doing 4-7 miles on it so I can't wait!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Lol this bike is a nonbooty hurter! It sits back and has a
chair like seat not a biker seat and it sits low kinda
like the 1's you see at the gym.I will find a pic and post
