For 20k, I'd sit in an igloo and eat steamed broccoli for 7 days.

wife swap eh? that would be cool, I guess. Never really thought of it before. I've only seen one and it just seemed weird...lol! I was like...the poor kids! talk about the twilight zone.

Thanks for stopping by, yeah I know I would
have to sit down and have a talk with the kiddies about it
but I am not gonna worry unless I get the 2nd call then I will
no need to get every1 rowd up for maybe nothing!
Well we went and ate at this place called "CHEDDER'S" omg
the best resteraunt ever! Ate too much bad foods tho, potatoe
soup, club sandwhich with fries and I had a tater skin and a
chicken finger from the appetizer plate, my hubby ate chicken
strips, these beef taco things and potatoe skins from the appetizers
then he had his steak dinner with bake potatoe,need I remind ya
he weighs about 150 and never gains eats 2x's more than me
makes me sick!:mad:
Anyway not a good day I did do situps 150 total (75 more)before bed!
I will do better tomorrow! Tammy:)

Lol thanks you 2 for trying to make it sound better but
I feel bad cuz I overate again on the weekend! Then
we have turkeyday at every1's house nextweek geeesh!
The sittups maybe covered the potatoe soup lol I had tons
of bad carbs today and I am not a carb counter potatoe this
and potatoe that! I don't know about my NOV goal but I definatley
wanna be 175 by X-MAS! Thanks again you guy's! Tammy:)
 
You'll get to your goal Tammy. You've had a small set back but you will do it. Give yourself aprep talk. Remember how good it feels to lose just one lb. How it is so worth it. Try to make better food decisions when you go out. I have these same problems, you are not alone. And the weekend is the hardest for me. I like to eat out with my hubb, it's our time and we don't get a whole lot of it. So enjoy your time together and don't beat yourself up when you are perfect. Just try to do better next time. Ok I sound like a shrinkl huh? LOL You don't have to listen to me!!:D
 
Dang, missing a day or two will get ya behind around here! LOL Wife Swap huh? It would be cool to have someone I know on there, but sometimes it can be super rough for the wives, but most times it does work out in the end. Best of luck to you! If you make it you've gotta tell us I will definitely be watching and supporting you. For $20k I may be able to handle someone else's family for 7 days! :p

Sorry the scales weren't kind to you this week, but it's ok you'll bounce back better than ever. I'm with pequin, you gotta allow for a little splurging on date night with the hubby. :)

Thanks for the support and I do hear ya "B"
and I listen just my tummy has a mind of it's own and I try to overule
it but at times I lose! I went to pick up my daughter from my sis N laws
house(she spent the night) and they were haveing like a preturkey day
feast and they said Cmon have a small plate eat something so after'
the 10th time I had like a spoonfull of mash taters stuffing 2 spoonfulls
of greenbeans abd a lil turkey so I am guessingaround 250 cals it was
very small not only cuz I am trying to watch what I eat I don't want to
get burned out before I get to the real feast day lol!
Well dunno what I am doing hubby works late and my son is staying with
my sis tonight so just me my2 girls and lil 1 lol! Tammy:)

girl, you need a kid free vacation! You've been surrounded by kids for so longg that that space between your last child leaving home and your first grandchild is going to drive you batty (just as my mum)!

Hope your sunday goes better then the other weekend day...lol. You have discovered your binge trigger, now you have to find a trump for it.
 
Well it's Sunday (sigh's)! I must admit this I ate again lastnight.
I feel like it's the same ole song and dance with me.I ate atleast
2500+ bad calories yesterday/lastnight! I am really sick of eat
unhealthy, it really takes a toll the next day both scale and emotionally
PLease don't give up on me cuz I haven't gave up just a small set
back.I did something that I think is gonna keep me on track for a while
I tried on my bathing suite and I look horrible I still have tons of fat
on my inside thighs I mean litterally cottage cheese looking fat and my
tummy is so huge put it this way if it was swimming season once again
Tammy wouldn't be caught in a bathing suite!

That really opened my eyes even with turkey day ahead I am going to
eat in moderation small servings of the taters &carbs and 1/2 plate of
turkey and veggies(no gravy)!I am at my witts end and I have came too
far to roll over and get above 200 again.I weighed in at 193 this morning
I wanted to cry but instead I went had my breakfast in a bag took the
chciken out of the freezer to boil and bake!
Ok enough sobbing thanks for being there for me if it weren't for you all and my kids I would be in serious bad health and 270+ and at 5"4 that does
not look attractive.
Day 92 Saturday late post
This is what I ate all day Saturday grilled ham,turkey,chedder,provelone cheese sandwhiches fried potaoes with melted cheese and ketchup 2 pieces of turtle edwards pie,2 poptarts 1 mountain dew geeeesh that was hard to type makes me sick looking at it!:mad:

DAY 93 BREAKFAST/LUNCH
Breakfast in a bag = egg sub chopped ham 2%cheese(175 cals 6 fat)
SNACK
100 calorie pk reesse peanutbutter snack pack(100 cals 4 fat)
DINNER
1 piece of boiled baked chciken breast(210 cals 4 fat)
2-3 serving mixed veggies(100 cals 0 fat)
SNACK
1 small apple 1 tablespoon peanutbutter(190 cals 6 fat)
Be back later to update exersices depends on cold weather either
way there will be lots of it lol!:D
 
I'm really impressed with your strength and positive attitude. You didn't let the scale get the best of you this morning!! I know you'll make your goal, this is just a bump in the road. You have worked very hard and you'll get through this because as always we're right behind ya! *OHD shakes her pom poms for Tammy*
 
Tammy - stopping beatign yourself up!!!This happens girl, life happens and gets in the way, that is just the way it is...YOUR RIGHT YOU'VE COME THIS FAR AND YOU WONT ALLOW YOURSELF TO GO BACK OVER TO IT...Im sorry Im tired, lol...my positivity is hard to find, liek my words I am...you are doing ok, maybe you are a bit scared or somethign cuz of your progress , I know tha ttotally happens to me...

Oh and wanna hear abt my eating this weekend...it hasnt been good...I had mcdonalds for lunch on Friday...the fajitias and a medium fry, although I hope and think the fajitias arent that bad...yesturday I went out for dinner didnt do too bad...had half a chicken burger on a panini bun with a side ceaser and some onion rings...and worms and dirt for desert YUM!!! also finished both my daughters cuz they didnt...i had half my youngest pizza and had half a bag of chips...today I had mcdonalds for breaky had to be out the door early...the 2 fajititas mind oyu i only ate one...and gave the hash brown away...had oj and then my youngest and I stopped for hot chocolate after our cold wet walk in the park and chips...

YOUR NOT THE ONLY ONE THAT DOES THIS!!! PLEASE REMEBER THAT!!! Come cry in my diary anytime, im with ya there...soemtimes it is just easier to give in...especially with kids around 24/7 I can totally relate there as well...why do you think I started exercising so much more, LOL...
