Well it's Sunday (sigh's)! I must admit this I ate again lastnight.
I feel like it's the same ole song and dance with me.I ate atleast
2500+ bad calories yesterday/lastnight! I am really sick of eat
unhealthy, it really takes a toll the next day both scale and emotionally
PLease don't give up on me cuz I haven't gave up just a small set
back.I did something that I think is gonna keep me on track for a while
I tried on my bathing suite and I look horrible I still have tons of fat
on my inside thighs I mean litterally cottage cheese looking fat and my
tummy is so huge put it this way if it was swimming season once again
Tammy wouldn't be caught in a bathing suite!
That really opened my eyes even with turkey day ahead I am going to
eat in moderation small servings of the taters &carbs and 1/2 plate of
turkey and veggies(no gravy)!I am at my witts end and I have came too
far to roll over and get above 200 again.I weighed in at 193 this morning
I wanted to cry but instead I went had my breakfast in a bag took the
chciken out of the freezer to boil and bake!
Ok enough sobbing thanks for being there for me if it weren't for you all and my kids I would be in serious bad health and 270+ and at 5"4 that does
not look attractive.
Day 92 Saturday late post
This is what I ate all day Saturday grilled ham,turkey,chedder,provelone cheese sandwhiches fried potaoes with melted cheese and ketchup 2 pieces of turtle edwards pie,2 poptarts 1 mountain dew geeeesh that was hard to type makes me sick looking at it!
DAY 93 BREAKFAST/LUNCH
Breakfast in a bag = egg sub chopped ham 2%cheese(175 cals 6 fat)
SNACK
100 calorie pk reesse peanutbutter snack pack(100 cals 4 fat)
DINNER
1 piece of boiled baked chciken breast(210 cals 4 fat)
2-3 serving mixed veggies(100 cals 0 fat)
SNACK
1 small apple 1 tablespoon peanutbutter(190 cals 6 fat)
