Heyas guy's!! Lol misunderstanding it's not a hotdog diet you actually
have 2 hotdogs 1 dinner night along with some nasty veggies I don't like!

I did good today/and night stuck with the menue I posted and didn't eat
any snacks after dinner I walked 1.2 miles (too cold)thats how long it
took my dog to finish his buisness! I did come home and do 3.2 miles on
my stationary bike and 30 side crunches (30 per side)!Ok nighters all
and "NO HOTDOG DIET!:D Tammy
 
Good afternoon!!
Yay I weighed in at 190 so I am basically the same
didn't gain(thank gawd)!! I feel like this is my 2nd chance to straighten
up my act and eat right!
Just to think by next Friday I can be in the 180's! I can do this ya'll!
Ok not sure about what I am going to have for dinner because I have
to go grocery shopping they have BUTTERBALL Turkeys @ 59 cents
a lb so I going to grab a couple to cook up and have!
DAY 79 BREAKFAST
breakfast in a bag- 1/2 egg sub an 1 egg w/ 2% chedder & diced ham!(200 cals 9.5 fat)
LUNCH
healthymade turkey sandwhich(170 cals 1 fat)
SNACK
grabbed 2 mini candy bars (200 cals 8 fat)
DINNER
1 porkchop 1 bake potatoe with lowfat cheese butter spray lowfat sourcream bacon bits
2 serving mixed veggies 1 sm serving mac n cheese(440 cals 14 fat)
SNACK
1/2 cup strawberry cheesecake icecream (160 cals 8 fat)this stuff is evil so I got rid
of the rest! I also walked 3.1 miles.

That's the diet my mom was gushing over (except hers was a bit different). Supposedly it was developed to help people drop a lot a weight before surgery but isn't intended as a long term thing. The lady at work doing it is trying to lose quite a bit of weight and is eating like that more long term than just 3 days. That's why I was a bit ify about it.

Heyas Iwan,
You get a quart size freezer bag(they are thicker than
reg baggies)and add all the ingrediants in there whatever you like
in your eggs then drop the baggy into boiling water for 15 minutes
and breakfast is done without the icky skillet mess! You'll catch up
before you know it ("blushes over role modle comment")thanks for

I don't see how any1 can tollerate that diet unless
they really love those foods on the list,3 days isn't long but I couldn't
get 1/2 the food down and my bad gag reflex wouldn't help either!

yeah not exactly healthy but I bought a little mini 1 and gave the rest to my
daughter! I also went for my walk since I ate more than I intended to for dinner I walked 3.1 miles in the cold lol! Tammy
 
Hey Tammy! great job on the milage. You had a great idea with the turkey thing so I went to the store and was going to look and see what the price was for turkeys and they were having a buy one get one free sale. You know I had to.
So now I have a turkey to cook on sunday and will last all next week, and my parents are the new proud owners of the freebie. Thanks for the idea, your brilliant.

that's a gr8 deal, lol your parents will be happy.I bought a 17.9 lber
for $10 and some change butterball brand to!
I am planning on eating that for a while since my kids and hubby are
like a 1 timer lol eat it once for dinner then they won't eat again.
I am thinking for lunch grab my lowfat low cal wheat bread throw
on some turkey,2% chedder slice and lite miracle whip with crisp
shredded lettuce yummy can't wait lol! Dinner warm some up
with some sort of broth to keep from drying fix my mix veggies and
bake potatoe this time butter spray only and bam dinner!

Ok my plans for this evening is going to aunts house to play some texas
holdem(yeah I love that evil game)and she has a pooltable air hockey darts ect pretty fun but I am going for my walk in about an hour so I get my exersiceing in!I feel the cheat thingy passed and I am so ready to lose the 10 lbs for NOVEMBER!
Lol since the kids don't belive in letting mommy sleep in on Saturdays I actually made me breakfast at 7 am would have rather slept but gawd forbid lol!
Ok on with DAY 80 BREAKFAST
I actually fried in nonfat cooking spray egg sub and 1 egg w/diced ham 2 % chedder(190 cals 8 fat)
LUNCH
1 healthy made turkey sandwhich w/mustard
SNACK
slimfast peanutbutter crunch bar(120 cals 4 fat)
DINNER
A big bowl of mixed veggies and a piece of lemon pepper chciken breast
SNACK
green grapes and a peanutbutter spoon (140 cals 5 fat)
I am actually in a good mood my meals went good today I went and walked
3 miles on the floodwall today so my exersices are done already because
I have card playing plans tonight! Tammy

Thanks for the link and stopping by.I think you have
been pretty supportive I know it's hard to visit every1's diary I forget
1 or overlook 1 but not on purpose, plus instead of going to the weighloss
forum then diaries I have a habbit of pulling down todays posts and some
diaries get pushed back and I overlook em!So Np there, lol as for the hubby
comment he gets plenty of sleep his problem is he plays that stupid XBOX
LIVE /madden footballgame until like 4-6 am then sleeps till noon-1pm and
I still get up matter of fact he is sleeping now!
Hope your lil 1 gets to feeling better I hate seeing lil ones sick.Tammy
 
My X was like that as well...LOL...he always got to sleep in , i always got up with the kids even when I was sick and prego and he wouldnt bother to get up with them, oh well...we are definately the stronger sex...LOL
