Hey Tammy, just checkin' up on ya. Well you didn't do too bad at the buffet, obviously you do have some self control.... good for you girl. Now, as I promised

I didn't feel I had any self control at the buffet masacre lol but I really
felt bad afterwards.I promise I am on the wagon atleast until maybe

Here's a thought (not my original idea, I borrowed it from weight watchers:D ) I made a big crockpot full of veggie soup (well, I threw a bit of chicken in it), and froze it. I have a cup of it before supper, or you could have it before you go to a buffet or something. It curbs your appetite with something healthy, and allows you to stop and think about what you are loading your plate with. :)

By the way, you did do very well at the buffet; keep it up!!

Heyas Dari sounds like a yummy ideal! I need to make a batch up
for over the weekend I stay up late!But no more buffet's for a LOng
time there is no self control you are in food hell once you step foot
in a place like that!For the veggie soup do you use can broth or make
your own? Thanks Tammy
 
Hey Girl,
I just wanted to say hi - and remind you that we all go through these times where it's harder to maintain control. I think we work so hard for so long, and then need some time to just say, forget it - I just want to eat what I want to eat...

The trick is just moving on. Remember, this is such a long, slow process - there are bound to be days that are less then perfect.

The perfect solution is to do what you're doing - and that's getting back on the wagon.

You're doing it Tammy, one day at a time!

Thank you for that talk I realize every1 falls off here and there I just feel I have been doing it alot and it starts 1 meal a week then
1 day then weekends.Looking back it's getting more and more worse!So I
am definatley back on that wagon and all the hands that helped me couldn't
come at a better time!Thank you Tammy:D

I did do bad at the buffet and I was hoping the walk
would make feel a little less guilty.If I was around the 170-180 range I wouldn't have felt as bad but 190's is so darn close and a reminder of
200 is right there! Thanks for the good luck I am gonna need it! Tammy:)

I can do this! I am not sure what exersices I am doing so I will
update that later.
DAY 78 (3 DAY DIET)BREAKFAST
1 sm apple 1 slice whole wheat toast 2 TBSP peanutbutter(310 cals)
LUNCH
1/2 boiled chicken breast(subbing for tuna)1 slice whole wheat toast(140 cals)
SNACK
1 peanutbutter slimfast bar(120 cals 4 fat)
DINNER
1 6 oz chciken breast 2 servings of mixed veggies(370 cals 4 fat)
I am still barely under a 1000 but will fix tomorrow for now on my snack/snacks will all be
before dinner, I heard this makes a difference?Tammy
Drinking tons of water!!!!! Update exersice later the diet reccomends 30 minutes of walking or 45 minutes of other exersices!Tammy

Ok just got back from my mini cold azz walk total 1 .2 miles
stationary bike 3 miles and 30 side crunches (30 per side)

That's the three day diet? Sounds pretty good to me, I was afraid it was going to be crazy limited.
 
I didn't think it looked bad and it has all the
food groups!The only thing I am gonna hate
is no snacking as you see!But hey it's only 3
days. I did sub a couple things because there
is noway I can eat beets and tuna plain!:D Tammy
 
Every once in a while we all need a bit of a jumpstart to get our motivation flowing. but we also need cheat moments to remind up why we are doing this. I had one of those days yesterday and I'm thinking about doing another month of herbalife just to get myself back on track where I want to be. Your doing fabulous Tammy and working so hard for what you want. You are a strong woman. Keep it up, and your three day diet doesn't sound too bad for a tuna lover!

Hello and thanks IWAN & Amunet for stooping by! I hear ya IWAN
but my problem seems to be getting worse it's not a day or once
in a while anymore, for the past 2 weeks I have had 2 days of
cheating! I think I am over it now all the encouragement really
helps bunches!
I absolute hate plain tuna AMUNET so I subbed it for boiled chciken
beast I figure it should be pretty = in cals and protien since I boiled
alot of fat away! I hate beets and cauliflower to:eek: !
It should still work because it is close in menue! Tammy
 
I hate beets but I love cauliflower...tastes just like broccoli to me.

I wonder what it is about this mixture of food that's so great for weight loss. :confused:
 
Dunno Ohappy but it is a little on the low calorie side even
lower than what I normally have and no snacking excpet
the 1 cup of low fat ice cream with dinner?We'll see what happends
heck even if I don't lose 10 which I doubt seeing is believing I
would be happy with 5 lbs lol!I started @ 193 yeah gained another
from the buffet so I gained like 2 1/2 lbs this week! I really need
to quit this eating horribaly twice a week!So I would litterally keel over
if the scale says anything in the 180's and that would give me a
motivating boost either way I am done cheating like that for a while.Tammy
 
Ok I am finding myself not likeing lots of things on this 3 day diet!
I found a website forum for it and it states you can only sub like
example tuna for cottage chesse(which I really don't like either)
and beets for cauliflower(once again don't like thses)and I hate
hotdogs so I think I am basically gonna keep my own little 3 day
plan and cut out everyday snacks and see what happends!
I heard snacking after dinner and after lunch is not helping but if
you must have a snack do it before lunch and before dinner?

But if you don't like absolutey everything on this menue you shouldn't
do it.Tammy:D

Ok you've got me interested. What is the 3 day diet? What food s and so forth! I wouldn't mind losing 2 lbs.! 10 and there would be no living with me!! So come on what's the secret? I can try something for just 3 days. Maybe we could compare notes and help each other!!:)

I posted the menue either on this page or a page behind!
I kinda changed my mind about it because you can substitude any of
the foods and you have to follow it to a "T'!I can't tolerate eating plain
tuna,beets cauliflower hotdogs and brocholi so I am pretty much screwed.
I am however going to keep a menue I made up and eliminate the after
meal snacks to before and only 1 a day!I want to do this for a week
and see how I do.I just need a RE jumpstart.So I have changed my todays menue a little for the best I think.I feel 10 x's more hungry no energy
and I don't like over 1/2 the foods and the drinks are black coffee
and tea double BLAH for me!Ok wish me luck on the 7 day Tammy plan

yuck! not my thing either. But i also am looking for a jump start. I cannot abide beets and brocoli though, so it wouldn't work me! Hey we have an awful lot in common!!:D Sooo Scary!!
