Hello, Thank you Dari & Mike!! I felt so darn guilty that I
geared up my dog and we went walking and hit all the hills!
I walked 2.4 miles and a mile of it was up hills! Maybe I can
sleep a little better now.
What is up with the guilt I can't even enjot it when I cheat, it
taste good for a sec then bam I am thinking of how much exersices
I need to do not to gain from today! Well I hope the walk helped, Tammy:)
 
Tammy you sound like you are doing alright! we all have our moments. Just as Mike said climb back on the wagon with us. We are here for you!!:)
 
Thank you bunches for all the encouragement! I am having a difficult
time but I am not going to give up!Take 1 crappy weather 2- that time again monthly crap! I have a darn gift certificate to Golden Coral(buffet) that
my hubby wants to eat at so today I am getting that out and done with so I can meet my NOV and Xmas challange!I have went as far as to have hubby hide the Halloween candy so I am not looking @ it all day!
So yes last cheat day then I will buckle down!I am still not eating after 8pm and I am walking tonight!OH I did weigh in for theNOV challange and was 191.5 so yeah gained 1 and a 1/2 would of been worse if I didn't exersice!:mad:
DAY 78 BREAKFAST
None to tired and crampy
LUNCH
Grilled ham,turkey cheese sandwhich 2%cheese lite mayo(300 cals 4 fat)
SNACK
a few of the kids mini candy bars (yeah I found them)
DINNER
Golden Corral Buffet(2 plates of food consisting of fried chciken(2 pieces) 2 servings
mash taters & gravy,2 mac & cheese some pot roast w/carrots & potatoes 2
dinner rolls and 1/2 glass coke 1 piece of peanutbutter pie shaped cookie with iceing!
GEEEESH You have my word no more nights like tonight for a while!
I did get in 2.8 miles in of uphill fast pace walking so I worked off the pie/cookie lol!
Ok starting 3 day diet tomorrow to gewt my body back on track since I ate bad for
the past 2 days! Thanks for the support every1 Tammy

Girl you can and will do this and one cheat day wont hurt just stay on track and get back on the wagon! its hard I know but I been asking myself if it is really worth it when I think about cheating and think of all the great stuff and forget I was hungry hehehe you can do it I know you can!

and if we don't I am wrapping the gift card up for some1 for xmas
lol! I haven't done bad today and I am going for a lonnng walk
tonight if the rain stops, geesh it rains like 4 out of 7 days a
week anymore,Tammy
 
Man if I could sit on the internet on this site all day I wouldn't
ever cheat!Just reading story after story really hits home!

Thank you, I know we are. Guess what, your awesome too! And I like this place late at night when I have the munchies...thats when I delve into a long journal I've never read before and read like 20 pages. I consider it my thinspiration. Keep up the good work!

Well we did go out to eat at the all you can eat place and yes I
did eat all I could eat and I swear it's outta my system for a
while!I felt so sick afterwards then I made myself walk like 2.8 miles
and that made my tummy hurt worse so it serves me right!
I am trying this 3 DAY diet thingy to get me back on track and
hopefully to lose a few to motivated me some more!
I am doing the 3 days strictly and back to my routine! Well I am back
on track now my last food was @ 7pm and I am stuffed!
Have a gr8 night every1 Tammy:D
 
What 3 day diet thingy? Did I miss something? I'll have to read back a page or two! LOL! Have a great day tomorrow!

It was a spre of the moment thing I googled searched it jotted
the menue down which looks pretty healthy has all the food
groups and decided to give me a kick start if it works:rolleyes: !
I does say however some people can lose 40 lbs by doing 3 days a week
for a month I don't and can't tollerate the same ole menue for
that long so 3 days is plenty!Tammy:D

Here's a thought (not my original idea, I borrowed it from weight watchers:D ) I made a big crockpot full of veggie soup (well, I threw a bit of chicken in it), and froze it. I have a cup of it before supper, or you could have it before you go to a buffet or something. It curbs your appetite with something healthy, and allows you to stop and think about what you are loading your plate with. :)

By the way, you did do very well at the buffet; keep it up!!

I just wanted to say hi - and remind you that we all go through these times where it's harder to maintain control. I think we work so hard for so long, and then need some time to just say, forget it - I just want to eat what I want to eat...

The trick is just moving on. Remember, this is such a long, slow process - there are bound to be days that are less then perfect.

The perfect solution is to do what you're doing - and that's getting back on the wagon.

You're doing it Tammy, one day at a time!
 
Tammy, good job! You had your fill at the buffet and then walked! good for you, that's the way to do it! I hope your 3 day diet for you!!:D

talking about?I thought her's was only tuna and something else?
I am going to follow it pretty much except I hate plain tuna so I subbed it for 1 1/2 piece of boiled chciken breast and blah to beets I subbed it for
1 cup carrots! Here is a menue I found online.Tammy:)

Day 1
BREAKFAST
Black Coffee or Tea w/1-2 packets of Sweet & Low or Equal

1/2 Grapefruit or Juice

1 Toast with 1 Tbsp. Peanut Butter
LUNCH
1/2 Cup of Tuna

1 Toast

Black Coffee or Tea w/1-2 packets of Sweet & Low or Equal
DINNER
3 Oz. any lean meat or chicken

1 cup green beans

1 cup carrots

1 apple

1 cup regular vanilla ice cream






DAY 2

BREAKFAST
black coffee or tea w/1-2 packets of Sweet & Low or Equal

1 Egg

1/2 Banana

1 Toast
LUNCH
1 cup cottage cheese or tuna

8 regular saltine crackers
DINNER
2 beef franks

1 cup broccoli or cabbage

1/2 cup carrots

1/2 banana

1/2 cup regular vanilla ice cream






DAY 3

BREAKFAST
black coffee or tea w/1-2 packets of Sweet & Low or Equal

5 regular saltine crackers

1 oz. cheddar cheese

1 apple
LUNCH
1 boiled egg

1 toast

black coffee or tea w/1-2 packets of Sweet & Low or Equal
DINNER
1 cup tuna

1 cup carrots

1 cup cauliflower

1 cup melon

1/2 cup regular vanilla ice cream
