I just use the settings up top there like you use when posting...they are listed at the top as options when you're designing your sigs. You see the "A" up top when you're creating a post, click on it and choose the color you want. :)

Nope I hit the "A" and the bold and it says {color=blue}when
I hit submit it didn't take hmmm I'll try later gotta run to walmart real fast!

I forgot to mention...highlight the words you want colored and then select the "A" and choose the color you want from the grid. Should work. I'll check back to see.

I just watche my calories which range around 1100-
1200 and watch my fat try to keep "ALMOST" every
meal and every snack in the single digets for the fat
grams and exersice such as walk stationary bike dancing
to music and throwing in some crunches and arm weights!
So far it's working I just have a major problem trying not
to eat over the weekend! I am broke this week so it shouldn't be
a problem lol!:)

I Had a little more for dinner than I intisapated but that was @ 5:30
and I am having a small small tiny bowl of strawberrycheese cake ice
cream made by SaraLee!I am planning on some rump shaking touching

4.3 miles stationary bike 17 minutes
15 front lunges holding 5lb weights
15 back lunges holding 5lb weights
5 minutes or arm weight exersice
20 bridges

CONGRATULATIONS on moving that ticker! Look at you almost out of the '90s! I swear I'm going to have to keep moving if I'm going to be able to catch up with you and Xorie!!
