Hey Tammy! Cute pics!! My kids are home sick today. I figured they would be. Fevers all gone, but still have cough. Hopefully better by tomorrow so they can go trick or treating! Got any natural cheat ideas?:)

your lil ones are sick hope they feel better soon I actually don't
have 1 little boy I babysit because he is sick, so it's going around!
DAY 76 BREAKFAST
went back to bed to tired and sugared out from lastnight so No breakfast!
LUNCH
1 healthymade sandwhich { 4 thinly sliced turkey 60 cals 2 lowcal wheat bread 80 for 2,1 piece FF cheese 30 cals mustard N/A=(170 cals2 fat)
SNACK
1 bowl of fruity cheerios w/skim milk (160 cals 1 fat)

DINNER
2 servings veggies (70 cals 0 fat)lean cuisine lasagna & 2 mini chicken breast patties
(280 cals 8 fat 580 sodium wowzer!)

SNACK
slimfast peanutbutter crunch bar

I will update later planning on walking a double today it's gonna be beautiful
70 degrees NO RAIN! So walk in day me and my dog then at night with my
sister N law!I will recorde totals later Tammy:D
1st walk totaled 1.8 miles
2nd walk 3.1 miles so todays totals 4.9 miles yay!
did 50 crunches also!!

Hey girl, stopping by to say hi. I'm trying to make some serious rounds today since I've been missing in action for so long. You look fabulous in those pics (your kids too) and I know what you mean by kids are lazy these days...lol! My kid actually expected me to drive him! I was like, NO WAY! Lazy little bum. I love this time of year.
 
Hello and thank you IWAN,DARI! I am a jean gal I am obsessed with
buying cuite jeans I will really be in heaven when I get to buy some 8-10's!
Ok 1st walk totaled 1.8 miles wish it totaled more tho because I hit the hilly
streets really felt it in my calves and hip's!
I am going for my next walk in about 2 hour's with my sister N law!
Until then be back with more totals and some of those darn crunches

Ok walked 3.1 more miles for a total 4.9 lol should have 1 more or
2 more blocks to make it an even 5 lol! I also did 50 crunches to!Tammy
 
woooo tammy!Might as well call it 5 miles! Gret job, 50 crunches, awesome girl.... show me them abs! :D You're making me feel guilty for not exercising today lol

Way to go on the crunches Tammy! I do 5 different kinds, 15 of each. Then I do it again later. Gives me 150 a day, without getting too sore.
 
"MIKE' Thank you for the encouragement and I will show some
abs as soon as I get rid if rolls first lol!:p You deserve a days rest
from exersices you kick butt at the gym and muscles need a break to!

I do 1. "regular" crunches, 2. I cross my right ankle over my left knee, and lift my left leg up, 3. reverse, then 4. I put my feet together, legs bent, and raise both legs straight up, and lastly 5. I sit up with my knees bent, and lean back.

It does keep it from getting boring.:)

because I am mad and I don't understand the problem
if it's the weather but I had the old "I don't give a crap
attitude today!I did walk a little took the kids trick
or treating by her house!I'll give ya a run down what I
ate but calories and fat couldn't tell ya!Sorry to have failed

healthy made turkey sandwhich(175 cals 1 fat)
SNACK (THIS IS WHERE I WENT BAD)
5 mini candy bars
DINNER
1 med chciken cordon bleu sub from PENN STATION! XTRA MAYO and a med
fryI did leave a little less than 1/2 the sub and 1/2 the fry
snack
a few bites of breyers sara lee cheesecake icecream then threw
out the rest!
I know what the heck happend I am motivated 1 minute and craving
stuff the next!Any tips or maybe somebody can email me a big kick in
the ASS! Tammy:( :mad: :( :mad:
 
Tammy, don't beat yourself up girl. A bad day isn't going to hurt you Tammy, I know, and you know that you'll do better. Tomorrow, come back on the wagon with us... I'll be glad to give you a hand up.
