Hello every1!
Don't get me wrong I love FALL to but Fall
as in 50's 60's but lately it's been dropping in the 20's 30's and only
warming up to 40's thats more like a touch of what winter is going
to be like "miserable"lol!
I did good at mother in laws I had 1 pice chciken breast green beans
cooked carrots and mini potatoes I passed the mac and cheese and
mash potatoes up didn't touch! Yeah my M in law likes to cook a buffet!
Desert was cake and ice cream(F in laws b-day) pineapple upside down cake
and halloween chochlate chip cookies geeeesh I am glad I took
a slimfast bar I didn't touch the junk!;)
I have to lose 3 lbs by Friday so I gotta stay focused!
Have a good 1 every1 that visits me:)

Hello every1,
Ok here it is Monday tried to walk early because
reading PEQ'S diary gave me the ideal to go for it! I made it a whole
1.6 miles before I couldn't take the chill anymore our teps are way
below normal 40 windy and windchills are 30 brrrrrrrrrrr!
Tonight my sister n law wants to go so I might try toughing it out
without the dog this time too damn cold to stop and pick up dog doo
doo lol!
DAY69 BREAKFAST
1 breakfast in a bag ! (180 cals 5 fat)
LUNCH
1 healthy made turkey sandwhich w/mustard ff cheese(170 cals 2 fat)
1 small bannanah(gotta look it up cals109 fat1)
SNACK
ok had a sweet tooth day weight watchers cookie doe sundae(170 cals 3 fat)
DINNER
1 weight watchers chciken fett w/ servings of mixed veggies(390 cals 6 fat)
SNACK
1 special k bar(90 cals 1.5 fat)1/2 small apple(60 cals 0 fat)
I had lots of water and walked 1.6 miles and will walk or bike tonight
plus crunches I will update! Tammy:) Ok walked another 3 miles
tonight no bike or crunches! Walking totals 4.6 miles

wow thats a lot of food and with hillbilly calculations at about 1120 calories with the nanna.......

quite nice

I would of liked it to be more towards 1000 just to try to meet
my Halloween goal I guess 1120 isn't too bad! I keep forgetting
to look up nannah's lol? Thanks for stopping by :) Tammy

Good for you for braving the cold! I don't know if I could have handled it!

And I just had a medium size banana and sparks told me it was 109 calories, 28 carbs, 1 fat, 1 protien

the great thing about nippley weather... besides the nipples of course is that dog doo (pending diet) is easier to pick up lol

btw, I'm gonna have to try this breakkie in a bag sometime.... if it's good enough for tammy, it's gotta be good enough for me :) Have a good night.

Mike the breakfast in a bag is yummy and easy
for us non morning person! I make my baggie up the night before
and water ready so I do "nothing in the morning"lol except get kids
ready for school! Anyhoot I went for another walk with my sister in law
another 3 miles so total exersice for today 4.6 miles Tammy

weight watcher cheese cake(150 cals 4 fat)

1 lean cuisine lasagna w 2 mini breast patties(280 cals 8 fat) 2 servings mixed veggies(80 cals 0 fat)
SNACK
1 small apple with teaspoon peanutbutter(160 cals 3 fat)
I am going walking so I record miles laterish!

Ok 10:28 PM walked 3.1 miles! gonna do the crunch thing in the morning
oh by the way beautiful night not cold but cool!

You're doing such an awesome job Tammy !!

I can so relate to the brrrr walks. Yesterday those snowflakes stung a lil smacking me in the face, but yanno, the first day I went walking when I set out on this mission it was snowing so I put on a big grin thinking to myself 'dude, you come full circle'.

I'm so happy you're in your 'refuse to lose' phase (in terms of giving up). You get mad respect from me Tammy.
