Hello diary!!!
Well lastnight I went to the footballgame then took my dog for a walk
for about a mile. So not much exerscieing but some walking to the top
of the bleachers carrying my baby felt like exersiceing lol!
Well not much to report I am exhausted from the week. I laid back down
when I got up changed the baby made the kids bowles of cereal and I
was tooooooo tired to eat breakfast so no breakfast.
DAY 29 BREAKFAST
sleep well done!
LUNCH
1 whole wheat wrapp with tyson chciken strips taco seasoned with 2% cheese FF sour cream and shredded lettuce(200 cals 6 fat)
SNACK
1 ww giant oreo ice cream on a stick (140 cals 3 fat)
DINNER
3 servings of mixed veggies(green beans peas corn carrots)and chcicken salad on whole wheat toast with a slice of FF cheese(290 cals 5 fat)
SNACK
1 apple with 1 teaspoon peanutbutter (200 cals 5 fat)
I already planned what I am having for dinner and snack bu not sure what I am doing for exersicing depends when hubby gets off work.So will update later Tammy
 
Ok I managed to take a stroll with my kids for about an hour and
I did 30 minutes/7.8 miles on my stationary bike along with 50
situps.I watching home movies and OMG I had to weigh more
than 255 xmas 2003 I had pink corderoils (what was I thinking)
I had this black long sleeve shirt on , didn't help camaflage any
thing I was bending over picking up wrapping paper and that was
not a pretty site at all!!!I need to somehow make a picture of
that and tac it to the fridge as a reminder"DO NOT EVER GO
BACK THERE"! Tammy

I look at pictures from back "then" and just figure - it was a bad angle ;)
Camaras make you look fat any way (the funny thing, is they never made the people beside me look any fatter) ;)

Denial was a HUGE blindfold!

SNACK
1 bluebunny lowcalorie white chochlate almond ice cream on a stick(100 cals 7 fat)
DINNER
3 servings of mix veggies and 1 weight watcher roasted turkey and gravy w whipped potatoes(240 cal 4.5 fat ww) veggs( 90 cals 0 fat)
SNACK
1 weight watchers giant oreo cookie ice cream on a stick(140 cals 5 fat)
SNACK (again to up my cals a little)
1 med apple w/ peanutbutter(190 cals 6 fat)
I walked the floodwall ( miles) did situps and did 3 miles on my stationary bike!
I drank buckets of water!Take care every1 and until next time diary!Tammy:)
 
Hubby Made Me Mad

Thank you M2M for stopping by! I noticed a few quit stopping
by and I really miss the support it really does help me so much
since there is very little support here and negativity! My hubby
lastnight decided to ask me why I like this certain picture I took
with my son at 209(last week) I said because look at my face here
(I was 255+) and look here I am just amazed how different I look!
He says well you don't look that much different to me, well he
did it hurt my DARN feelings.I saw a ton of people at the highschool
football game that I haven't seen in a while and each 1 made a nice
you are ,losing weight comment then he says that~!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well after that comment came another he said "I think your too obsessed
about losing weight"I think he's jealous and I told him that along with
atleast I can lose weight but you'll always be a nerd!I shouldn't fight
fire with fire but he made me upset!

Anyhoot I am planning ahead I am going to see (" korn,deftones,flyleaf and
a bunch of more bands )tomorrow and my sister and hubby is already talking
about what fast food joint they are going to so I figured pick burger king
because there is also a subway attached to it so I can have that for me
and they can go eat grease!!!!!!!!

I will update my diary later for menue and exersice I had to get that off
my chest! Tammy:)
 
Oh Tammy, I'm sorry your husband was acting like a d*ck; ignore him. When you're all svelte and turning heads he'll be all jealous:D

You're doing awesome, keep it up!
 
I hope you don't let your hubby's comment bum you out too much! You are doing SO GREAT and everyone here is so proud of you! Keep up the great work! When you are slim and sexy he'll be whistling another tune! :)

I don't know how well I would have handled such a negative comment from my husband.

You weren't here when I started my journey, but I had been at it awhile, before joining the WLF and no one in my family had noticed. I was beginning to get really resentful. What it boiled down to, was the fact that my husband didn't say anything because he felt weight was never an issue - on either side of the scale line.

That being said, You have lost a GREAT deal of weight girl - to go from a picture of 255 to a picture of 209 is a HUGE difference. For your husband to say what he did was rude at best.

I hope it's just an insecurity issue that will pass in time. T2 made some excellent points about why a man might not want a thinner wife. I know my husband has asked if I'll still love him when I get down to my goal weight and competing in triatholons & marathons.

I asked him if he still loved me when I ballooned up ;)

I think they just need the reassurance that we're not doing this to attract other men. We're doing this for ourselves. Period.

Keep your head up girl, you're doing a wonderful job and you have us for support and in time, hopefully your husband will be able to be supportive as well.

DAY 30 BREAKFAST

2 turkey wraps on lowfat lowcalorie and carb wheat shells with mustard(250 cals 4 fat)
SNACK
1 weight watchers strawberry cheesecake(150 cals 3fat)
DINNER
1 piece of garlic and herb chciken breast and 2 sides of greenbeans and 1 parmesian potatoe fries (390 cals 6 fat)
SNACK
1/2 of a giganic apple with a tablespoon of reduced fat peanutbutter(170 cals 6 fat)

I walked to the 1 mile mark and back on the floodwall(2 miles total) I later after dinner did 35 minutes on my statioary bike that totaled 7.8 miles and 50 situps.The only problem I have that needs major work is arms I only have 3lb weights and I doubt thats doing any good?And I can't do more than 2 pushups for the life of me!
OK TOMORROW IS MY KORN & DEFTONES CONCERT "FAMILY VALUES TOUR" YAY I KNOW THEY WILL BE EATING BURGER KING I WILL BE HAVING SUBWAY BUT THATS AT 1:00! The concert starts at 2:00 and goes on to 10-12 what do I do for food there sneak a snack I doubt they have anything eatable there!Any suggestion's would be nice Tammy:)

Sorry I have been missing - I wasn't ignoring you! Congratulations on the 3 lb weight loss and shaking your hubby up! Sounds like your slimming body is making him nervous! Keep loving him and keep shrinking! You are doing an amazing job! I am so proud of you for doing this for YOU - no matter what!! Way to go - it's not easy, but you are making it happen!!

Tomorrow - can you take a medium sized purse with you and pack ziploc baggies of grapes, baby carrots, apple slices, sandwich?
 
Todays the big day and whata washout!

I hope they don't cancle my concert it has been pouring nonstop
since I got the kids up for school at 6:30!!Geesh my luck once again
one thing I decided not to be cheat when I bought the tickets back
in june and bought pavillion seats instead of lawn.The concerts at
RIVERBEND yeah next to the flooding OHIO RIVER LOL!
Oh well I am gonna make the best of it my fave band in the whole
wide worl is there!
I can't take a purse do to the fact not used to carry 1 and I might
be to clumsy and 4get about it, I am just now getting used to taking
it to the grocery store lol I am a pocket type of gal! I am thinking
of taking some sugarfree hard candy and a south beach meal bar!

DAY 31 BREAKFAST
breakfast in a bag the usual except I tried the real bacon pieces made by hormel in a jar and I would rather stick with the canadian bacon or the diced ham and I had a pack of special K strawberry snack bites (250 cals 7 fat)
LUCH
I had subway turkey and ham with cheese on wheat with mustard and 1 bag of baked chips
(465 CAL 14 FAT) not bad hubby had burger king
DINNER
cereal peanutbutter bar southbeach (140 cals 5 fat)
SNACK
hardcandy 4 pieces (45 cals 2 fat)
I know calorie is low but I am going to be gone around bad bad foods so
I will just have to deal with it!If its not too late I will try to do statioary biking if too late make it up tomorrow !Tammy

Ok it's late just stopping by to say I didn't break I didn't have anything bad!Subway was my main meal and the ceral bar = 4 pieces of hard candy did the trick all night!Mainly people ate those giant nasty salty pretzles I dont like them anyway! It did rain until 8pm and stopped in time for Deftones and Korn I had seats anyway but was pain going back and 4th to the bathroom thanks to all the water I drank lol! Ok its almost 1am I am sooooooooo tired will be back tomorrow !Tammy

Your determination is AMAZING! And it is going to REALLY pay off when you weigh in! WOW! Congratulations - what you did is NOT easy!! You should be so very proud! :D :D :D
