Thanks all for the support (LOVE IT) I don't get much around here I have a skinny hubby skinny mom and a sister a 14 year old sister who really don't care about her weight more less any1 elses lol!
As for the ab rocker I have to get use to it the 1st time I rocked back and lost my balance and fell back lol funny site.I am currently doing a google search trying to find out how to use it.I will update later on my food and exersice Tammy:)

Another good day!

I had a gr8 day!The rain held off so I can walk my floodwall (3 miles) and I did 6 miles on my stationary bike and some situps 2 sets of 30 ! I also did some weights while I did my stationay bike!
Ok on with ........................................DAY18 BREAKFAST
1 south beach peanutbutter cereal bar ( 140 cals 5 g fat)
LUNCH
1 lean cuisine cheese ravioli with tomato sauce (240 cals 6 fat)
SNACK
1 breakfast in a bag (egg sub,2% cheese 2 thin canadian bacon)(135 cals 4 g fat)
DINNER
1 barbque chicken in a bag with peas and corn(320 cals 3 fat)
I drank tons of water and I didnt feel real hungry today due to my cold I can't shake off!

It sounds like you are doing fabulous! AND have the mind set to make it to your goal :D

Another GR8 day!
DAY19 BREAKFAST
1 small bowl oh honey bunches of oat's with skim milk(160 cals 6 fat)
LUNCH
2 turkey wraps I made myself (whole wheat organic tortilla shells 100 cals for 2 butterball turkey thin 80 cals for 6 4 0z of 2% chedder cheese 90 cals mustard free shredded lettuce free (total cals 270 fat 8 fat)
SNACK
1 ready pk sugar free vanilla pudding (60 cals 3 fat)
DINNER
baked chicken breast strips lemon pepper with greenbeans ham flavored with baby potatoes (canned)(320 cals 5 fat)
SNACK
1/2 bananah (80 cals ?? fat)
Of course I drank tons of water!! I did around 50 minutes of basement exersice(hubby worked late) I did 6 miles on the stationary bike (I upped it a mile as of lastnight) I did the eliptical for 5 minutes because my legs were killing me from the bike lol!I did 50 situps and some handweights exersices for back of the arms, sholders, boobs, ect!I hopped around like an idiot to a shake your booty song and then I was beat lol!Weigh in day is a day away wish me luck!Scale better keep showing the love.
My size 18's are getting lose which is a good sighn.C-ya tomorrow with more good news and even better news on Friday!TAMMY

OPINION????
Should I eat a nice dinner somewhere after my weigh in day if I have good results or should I wait till I reach under 200??Please be honest!I really want to eat at olive garden but then again thats 2 days of working what I ate that night before my body gets back on track again!I used to treat myself every other friday then I fell off 1 friday and never went back on my diet!I do feel more in control though and high goals!I wanna be under 200 by oct1st-7th(atleast and then lose another 15-25 lbs by xmas!

When was the last time you were there? If it were me, I'd probably go :eek: But if you want incentive to keep working hard, maybe give it one more week, and another goal. Depends how bad you want it, I guess!:D
 
For me, when I know I'm going out for the night, I try to keep my calories really low during the day and then I don't feel so bad when I go out. And I always tell myself that I don't have to finish what's on my plate, because it'll taste even better the next day. LOL

I am wondering if when you go out to eat if you make yourself stick to healthy choices or if you are going for like the monster platter of raviolis? For me its like an alcoholic saying i'll go to the bar and have one drink,:confused: dose'nt happen, i would end up falling off the health wagon and you mentioned that it hapened once allready right? My advice would be to reward yourself in a diffrent way, pedicure, massage, new outfit, shoes, makeup, tanning session, what ever trips your trigger, but i would avoid the food as a reward deal, good luck in what ever you choose, you are doing awsome, loose jeans are the bomb baby!!!!

Tammy you are doing a wonderful job! You are a BIKE MANIAC!! Keep that pedaling up :D! I agree with reach4astar - don't reward yourself with food - BAD HABIT to start this far into your success. If you go - go just because you like it - not to reward yourself - and taste (key word: TASTE) the rich foods you like, but stick to healthier foods before you go - maybe a mini WO to prepare as well! You are doing great! Enjoy your success and reward yourself with smaller clothes!! :D
 
Thank you guy's so much for the advice I would go nutts for 1 day at that place because but that darn commercial keeps showing never ending pasta bowl's for $8.95( all you can eat choose from 4 different things)and of course my favorite is voted 1 of the worse foods you can eat (fettachinni afredo)!I guess I can wait on that but I feel if I have it once and still exersice that night and eat lite the rest of the day maybe it won't be as bad but then again I have worked too hard to chance it!So I probally will eat alittle something but not from there! Tammy

DAY 20 BREAKFAST
breakfast in a bag (addicting and healthy 140 cals 4 gfat)
LUNCH
1 lean cusine pinnati chicken club sandwhitch(320 cals 9 g fat)
SNACK
1 apple with 1 teas of peanutbutter (190 cals fat ???)
DINNER
lean cuisine baked chicken and whipped potatoes(210 cals 5 fat)the rest of yesterdays greenbeans w/ little potatoes (60 cals 1 fat)
SNACK
1 fat free fudge pop (45 cals 0 fat)
I walked the flood wall (3 miles) after luch and I am going to do 4 miles on my stationary bike about an hour after dinner along with situps and some weights.I drank tons of water I alreay had 64 oz and its only 1:50 pm!
Tomorrow is weigh in day wish me luck Tammy:)

Hmm, what is this breakfast in a bag? Sounds potentially like something I can eat while driving, LOL ...and I LIKE that!
 
Yay I feel GR8!!

Well I feel gr8 I lost 5 lbs this week which brings me to 212! I feel so pumped and motivated I can do this!I am so close to getting under 200!That is my mini goal!And as for the breakfast in a bag I found it in the recipe section here in the forum posted by MALEFICENT!(thanks BTW)
but you boil some whater get you a 1 qt size freezer bag(because they are thick) put in egg substitute lowfat cheese I use thinly sliced candian bacon and put all of these in the bag seal real good drop in the boiling water walk away take a showert ect and 15 minutes later you have breakfast no mess the eggs are very good it's kinda like an omlette you can add the veggies to it for you veggie lovers!But I am hooked on them they are filling lots of protien and yummy!Thank you's for all the support, you really know how to make a gal feel good! I will post my menue and my little bit of exersice later.Today is the day I let my body take a break but I still do a little something.tammy:)

1 lean cusine pinnati chicken club sandwhich (320 cals 9 fat)
SNACK
1 1/2 cup coffee (free except the table spoon of fat free french vanilla creamer (25 cals) and 1 pk of special k vanilla snack bites(90 cals2 fat)

I also managed to do 21 minutes on my statioary bike on 6 (8 being the highest resistant) which = 5.14 miles and I did my ab rocker which is 50 situps where only you lift your sholders and come up 1/2 way!(ouch) and 10 minutes of arm weights.Not bad for a lite day off because today is suppose to let my body rest day but I didnt walk the floodwall so that is somewhat a break!Tammy:)
