Howdy Everyone that you for the kind words. Beckster I will eventually eat at parties ect but I need to be ready I am the type that can't just have 1 peice of something I eat in large quanities I am still trying on that part so for now I just don't have any.

I usually get close to 1200 cals but since I wasn't home 1/2 the day I couldn't eat like 500 cals after 8PM.I told ya tho if you do your homework and shop around you actually get alot of food for 1200 cals.
Ok today the scale said 186 but I am waiting until Friday to change ticker and maybe squeeze another lb out lol.Before all the cheating I made it to 184 once a couple months ago,Well I am hoping to get a walk in later tonight after all the thunderstorms leave

My daughter wants to tryout for cheerleading she asks every year (well she's in the 2nd grade)I say she's too little and wait till next year well I am going to let her go try for it.She has clinics today- Thirs then tryouts are SAT I hope she can handle it if she doesn't make it I think she will tho.I saw my lil sis go through it and not make it and she cried for 2 days thats before she turned to the darkside lol.
