Sounds like a good food day! I like that you put how many glasses of water at the end... When you do this, are you counting 7 tall glasses of waster or 7 cups of water? Also, do you count V8 splash and other drinks as water also?

I lost 3 more pounds!!! :party:

Except, I just realized that since our scale is only meant to go up to 280lbs, that there is about a 5lb unmarked gap in between 280 and 0... so I was actually 320lbs when I started and 283lbs now, so I didn't gain 2lbs, I still lost 3lbs, and I'm not too concerned with the number right now as long as it keeps going DOWN!!

I really think I did good today, no outrageous cheating or anything like yesterday... no over stuffing myself...got my water in... I think I did fine even though my protein and calories are low... it makes up for yesterday. :)
 
Great job Tam :) I GAINED a lb this week :( I really didn't work out tho, sad... Hope your having a good weekend!
 
Great job on the 3 pound loss!!!

Scales are weird... The worst scale EVER is the one at the doctors office. Granted, I have already eaten, and I'm wearing all of my clothes and shoes... But it's about 7-9 pounds heavier! I try not to let it get me down and use my own scale, which I've used to weigh luggage and it was accurate to the airports scale! lol

It's really cool you can fit stuff like mayo into your diet. I was a bit unsure of it, but I've noticed a lot of people may fit a little bit of butter or mayo into their diet and it's just fine. Me, I can't have a piece of toast or a bagel without butter! So I'm finding a way to fit it in while still eating lower calories.

I give you a lot of credit for drinking 9 cups of water a day! Yesterday I had to make myself drink 6 cups. (You're my inspiration for that, by the way!) Keep up the great work!

Wow, I've been gone for awhile, which is not good at all! My Hubby usually weighs me, for accuracy, but he was sleeping, and with me looking down it was on zero, so I'm going to say I'm at 285 lbs. I am on my period though, and that was also after eating lunch. Today is my restart day, I hope I can do this!
 
Today wasn't perfect, but it's definitely a good start back in the right direction!

B: Instant decaf coffee with French vanilla creamer.
L: 1/2 whole grain double fiber bread with pb and jelly and a banana.
D: Turkey/cheese/lettuce/green pepper/mayo on an onion roll, tortilla chips with salsa, banana, TAB.
S: Cup of clam chowder with slice of garlic bread and devils food cake frosted donut.

Things are a little less stressful, though I don't have as much spare time to come post on here lately. I lost 5 more lbs!! Yay!! 40lbs total lost so far!!!!! I definitely need to start exercising again, and watching what I'm eating a little closer if I want to see more awesome results!! :D :hurray: :willy_nilly:

So yesterdays calories were fine, although my fat and sodium were outrageously higher than I wanted them to be, but I expected them to be high due to the fact I ate Taco Bell for dinner, which was not my original plan, but I was extremely too tired after work to cook anything... though I shouldn't of gotten the triple layer nachos, because I did over stuff myself a bit because of them, but my protein looks nice... a plus? Anyway, I got a half hour of cardio in before work, and I was running around at work all night, at one point I literally sprinted down the isle to the freezer! LOL.

Yesterday was worse than the day before, waffle fries and cheese sauce at work, pizza for dinner, with like 4 or 5 servings of soda, peanut butter cup for desert... yikes!

I'm sort of doing a beverage and fruit only thing during the day today, but I'm going to eat dinner... lasagna and garlic bread, yummy!! :D

I'm starting to finally get my motivation back! In two and a half month "diet" hiatus, I only gained 4lbs, which isn't too bad at all. Today's day one of plan get back on track, I know a couple months ago I said the same thing, but, now I have a little more motivation... since the last time I was here I lost another pant size, without even trying!!! My body has been slimming down, maybe from working? I'm now in a comfy 22W jean (I found out by trying on a pair of jeans I bought 2 years ago that never fit me!!), I was in a tight 26W when I started losing weight, and I'm now in a loose in the waist 20W work pant, if it weren't for my thighs I would be in a 18W, when I started losing weight I was in a 24W work pant. I also went from a size 46C to a size 42C bra. :p :willy_nilly: I'll post my food choices for today when I get home from work, I wrote my plans out and it looks pretty good.
