So yesterdays calories were fine, although my fat and sodium were outrageously higher than I wanted them to be, but I expected them to be high due to the fact I ate Taco Bell for dinner, which was not my original plan, but I was extremely too tired after work to cook anything... though I shouldn't of gotten the triple layer nachos, because I did over stuff myself a bit because of them, but my protein looks nice... a plus? Anyway, I got a half hour of cardio in before work, and I was running around at work all night, at one point I literally sprinted down the isle to the freezer! LOL.
