Ok, so this is what I ate today:

Breakfast: 1 1/2 c fiber one caramel delight with 1/2 c milk and medium banana - 9 WW pnts, 448 cal.
Snack: Sobe life water, 20oz - 2 WW pnts, 100 cal.
Dinner: Homemade chicken/broccoli lasagna - 14 WW pnts, 674 cal.
Snack: Fruit cup and V8 acai berry 100% fruit/veg juice, 3 WW pnts, 180 cal.
Snack: 2 cookies n' creme mini cake thingys, 5 WW pnts, 200 cal.

WW pnts: 33. Cal: 1602. Fat: 45.75g. Fiber: 23.3g. Sodium: 1941mg.
Water: 5 eight ounce glasses.

Today went really well food wise.

Snack: Vanilla soft serve on a cake cone (at work), 4.5 WW pnts, 210 cal.
Dinner: Homemade chili cheese turkey hot dog w/ fruit cup, 9 WW pnts, 465 cal.
Snack: V8 acai berry 100% fruit/veg juice and 5 cups of popcorn, 5 WW pnts, 260 cal.
Snack: 2 cookies n creme cake thingys, 5 WW pnts, 200 cal.

WW pnts: 40.5. Cal: 1953. Fat: 64.58g. Fiber: 20.1g. Sod: 3040mg.

Water: 7 eight ounce glasses.

I have no complaints about today!

Lunch: Homemade chili cheese turkey hot dog w/ fruit cup, 9 WW pnts, 465 cal.
Snack: Fruit salad w/ banana, mango, blueberries and 1/2 fruit cup, light string cheese, and cup of 1% lowfat chocolate milk, 6 WW pnts, 348 cal.
Snack: French fries no salt, broccoli no butter (@ work) w/ ranch to dip fries, 7 WW pnts, 360 cal.
Dinner: Healthy choice "home style" Salisbury steak dinner w/ light string cheese, cup 1% lowfat chocolate milk and a medium banana, 12 WW pnts, 613 cal.
Snack: Special K chocolatey drizzle, 2 WW pnts, 90 cal.

WW pnts: 36. Cal: 1876. Fat: 58.25g. Fiber: 27.4g. Sod: 2695mg.

Water: 10 8 ounce glasses!

Weekly points used: 2.
Weekly points used this week: 8.5 (out of 35).


 
I was looking through threads I've started on here then decided to look up my old screen name, reading my old diary was really strange to me. Oh, and I had eaten a pastrami and mustard sandwich before I left the forums, mmmm... haven't had one of those since then, lol.

Dinner: Homemade chili cheese turkey hot dog w/ onions - 8 WW pnts, 385 cal.
Snack: 2 peaches n' strawberry gelatin cups and 1 c 1% fat free chocolate milk - 6 WW pnts, 338 cal.

WW points. 1668 cal. 25.1g fiber. 48.75g fat. 2330mg sod.

Water: 5 eight ounce glasses.

I did really good, but for some reason I don't really care right now how I did. I've had a really shitty day! :banghead:

How is the 34 points working for ya weight loss?! Do ya get on the scale every day?!

The 34 points seems to be working ok. I liked 36 points better though, lol. :p

I usually weigh myself every day or every other day, but usually not when I'm on my TOM, because it just depresses me. Although today I did and it said 258.0 which sounds good seeing how it was 256.6 the same day I got my TOM, which should mean I should be under 255 when I'm off of my TOM.

I REALLY want to order chinese food tomorrow for dinner...oh boy. Though I still have weekly points and tomorrow is the last day of the week... I shouldn't eat like 60 points in one day, and I know I won't just eat a cup of my shrimp low mein, which is like 8 points... I'll eat the whole pint... which is like 36 points, I'm estimating... it might only be 24 points... but still... oh, and of course the egg roll... *drools*...

I need a chill pill, lol... :chillpill:

I've done it again. Started obsessing over one aspect of my day, and it's always sodium. I'm so depressed. Sometimes I feel like if it all doesn't line up right, I should just give up. *Sighs*. :leaving:

6" subway melt (there is more sodium in this then a tendergrill chicken sandwich no mayo at BK!!), 8 WW pnts, 380 cal.
Turkey hot dog cut into thirds wrapped in biscuit w/ broccoli and corn and fanta orange (that took 4 hours to drink, lol), 9.5 WW pnts, 480 cal.
Banana, 2 WW pnts, 105 cal.
Turkey and melted cheddar in a tortilla w/ tomato, 5 WW pnts, 265 cal.
1% fat free chocolate milk, 3 WW pnts, 158 cal.
Fudgesicle, 1 WW pnt, 60 cal.
Cookies n creme thingy and nutty bar thingy (yeah, I know!), 4 WW pnts, 200 cal.

Points: 32.5, Cal: 1648, Fat: 47.51g, Fiber: 15.3g, Sod: 4087mg. :banghead:

If I had stopped when my sodium looked ok, I wouldn't have even eaten 900 calories.
I also changed it instead of popcorn, I had those sweets at the end and it dropped sodium from 4787mg to 4087mg *shrugs*.

I absolutely hate myself today. :cry:

I over obsess all the time then just end up giving up, and that's totally how I feel right now!

Maybe I should just pay attention to points, calories, fat, fiber and protein from now on?

Imagine how much sodium I ate when I WASN'T on a diet? :puke:

Why am I breaking down in to tears?

TOM, maybe?

I mean I've lost so much weight already... why am I being so emotionally hard on myself, beating myself up like this?

I need to start exercising, that has to help me feel better about myself, right?

20 minutes on my elliptical = me with sweat dripping down my face and feeling like I'm going to vomit. :ack2:

So I'm considering changing my goal weight again... originally I thought 140lbs would be good, like a long time ago, then changed it to 125, but, I'm thinking that instead of a BMI of 22.1 (125lbs), maybe I should change it to a BMI of 19.5 (110lbs)... I'm 5'3", by the way. Let me know what you think?

Oh, and today I found out that I've gone from "super" obese (close to "super super" obese) to the lower end of "morbidly" obese, I'm .5 away from being "severely" obese... lol... I can't wait to be considered just obese. :p

So I planned out my day food wise and I'm happy with it and I usually always stick to it after I've planned it out.

I weighed in today at 257.0, still on my TOM though, can't wait for my accurate weigh in!! :D

Oh, and I think I write way too much in my journal now... lol. :blush5:
 
Exercise:

7 minutes stretching.
10 minutes on elliptical: moderately fast, 2-3 settings lower than the tightest setting.
Biceps: 8lb weights 1 set of 20.
5lb weights 1 set of 20.
3lb weights 1 set of 20.

Chest & Shoulders: 5lb weights 1 set of 20.
3lb weights 2 sets of 20.

Triceps: 5lb weights 1 set of 20.
3lb weights 2 sets of 20.

Squats: 8lb weights 1 set of 20.
5lb weights 2 sets of 20.

I know it doesn't sound like much, but my arms were really feeling the burn. I'm drenched in sweat. My legs hurt too, but not as much as my arms do. Now I have to get ready for work, lol!! :rofl:

I feel really good though! ;)

Dinner: Homestyle healthy choice salisbury steak meal, 6 WW pnts, 290 cal.
Snack: 4 cups of Act II popcorn, 2 WW pnts, 120 cal.

WW points: 36.5.
Weekly points used: 2.5.
Calories: 1929.
Fat: 49.51.
Fiber: 47.8.
Sodium: 2489.

Wow!! In my opinion, I did an awesome job today! I also got an extra snack and ice cream... mmm.... :drool5:, hehe.

Points are fine, calories are good (I would rather it be on the higher end of my desired calorie intake, between 1500 and 2000), fat is fine, holy crap at the fiber, lol, and sodium is good too.

The post above is my exercise for today!

Love it!! I wanted to give up yesterday, but today went so awesome, lol! :smilielol5:

According to my weigh in yesterday (before dinner @ chilis) was 256.4.

Oh my god!!! Yesterday my husband wanted to go out to dinner, Iwanted to go to chilis. Chilis had a 3 course meal for 2 for $20! I was going to eat 2 of the Kickin' nachos, the quesadilla salad w/ only the ranch drizzle, and a red velvet cake shot for 34 WW points (my full daily points). I SHOULD HAVE GOT THE GUILTLESS GRILL STEAK w/ VEGGIES and VELVET CAKE SHOT FOR 13 WW POINTS! (NEXT TIME!)

But, instead... this is what I ate, because above couldn't have been bad enough:
1/3 serving of Texas cheese fries:
466 cal 37g fat 1g fiber
12 WW points

2 Big mouth bites (I had one at the resturant, then one later...):
790 cal 48.5g fat 3g fiber
19 WW points

1/4 serving fries (probably had less than that):
102.5 cal 6.25g fat 1g fiber
2 WW points

Ranch (most likely only had a 1/2 of serving):
170 cal 18g fat
5 WW points

4 pieces fire grilled bacon ranch quesadilla (only had 1/2 at restaurant, but had the rest later) :
875 cal 61g fat 2.5g fiber
22 WW points

1/2 black beans and rice:
150 cal .75 fat 3.5g fiber
2 WW points

1/2 molten chocolate cake (OMG this was delicious.... worth 12 points? yes... but if I eat something off the guiltless grill first, and no appetizers...lol!):
505 cal. 25.5g fat 2.5g fiber
12 WW points

197g fat.
16g fiber.
Sodium? I don't even want to know!

7.5 points over my daily and weekly points (I had 2.5 weekly points on Sunday) put together. Yikes!
And I didn't even want to go out to dinner (we had no reason to celebrate).
But... at least I enjoyed myself.

You may be asking why would you look up in detail what you ate calories and such? To hold myself accountable. To learn from my mistakes. Because were going out to dinner (most likely Chilis) on September 2nd and the 16th (Anniversary and my Birthday, we have a kid, so... it's not like we can go anywhere too fancy)... so hopefully they won't have the 3 course meal for $20, lol, even if they do, I'll just get something off the guiltless grill menu, which do look really good!!!

But even after all that... I got on the scale regardless today, with confidence, and a little fear, lol, and..... *drum roll*...

Todays weigh in 254.0!! YEAH!!! :willy_nilly: :hurray:

Oh crap, I forgot to figure in a glass and a half of strawberry lemonade....

Oh and Monday was perfect, btw, just forgot to record it in my journal here.

i've just taken a peek into your progress pics and just wanted to say that i think you've done an AMAZING job on the weightloss! i see at your heaviest you were 330 and now your in your 250's! it's very motivating as i'm currently at 321.

congratulations and keep up the great work! at least i know if i hang in there i really can do this. all the best xoxo
