I weighed in at 216 today, pretty happy about that.

Having an alright day, tired mostly. Found out I'm getting Sunday off, because I'm going to be working more day shifts starting next week. That'll be nice :).

Been talking to a guy on a dating site...although he said "I'm not looking to date right now, it's too close to Christmas for that." I understand, kind of. I'm just not sure why he would have his profile as "looking to date" when he feels that way. Regardless, we've been talking about World of Warcraft. I'm finding it hard to talk to him because he sometimes doesn't answer some of my questions, or only talks about the game. Oh well. I'm not exactly looking to jump into anything right away either. Would just be nice to find someone that can hold a conversation, most of the people I've talked to on there can't.

Hmm, scale said 215 today. I must be doing something right lol. Anyway! I might add more later, just finished gym/lunch and I feel tired. Might have a nap. Feeling a little better than last night, I felt depressed. With the scale saying 215 and getting a nice message from someone, it's turning out to be a good day :).

So I took a nap for almost 4 hours, woke up feeling groggy. I was gonna go to the store to grab a snack (something good, not chips or anything). Checked my bank just in case, and I found out that a paypal payment went through. I forgot about it. My bank was $10.00 less than what I needed for my gym payment to go through. If that happens, I get an overdraft fee of $40.00 that I REALLY don't need right now. What's worse? I can't drive, my mom was asleep, and I wasn't about to ask a friend to drive across town just to take me to the bank. I called the gym and the said my payment would go out on the 4th, but that's a sunday...they never do it on sunday. Not trusting her, I decided to buck up and walk ._.

Walked 1.5 hours total, managed to put my stash of money I'd been saving, into the bank. I bought my bus pass, and also found out there's a women's fitness location the same distance away as Curves. So if I ever wanna switch it up and leave Curves for a place to get more toning in or use a treadmill, there's one right there.

I looked at it as burning 400 calories rather than walking 1.5 hours lol. After my bath I weighed myself, it said 213.8...Is that from the walk? Does the body weigh less after exercise?

Adamm loch looking good, with the dark hair color you really remind me of the actress Jena Malone. She played in the movie Cheaters, and Sucker punch.
 
AThanks! Yes, I looked that up. I realized if I sweat, I lose water weight, and stuff haha. Makes sense. I think it's safe to say I'll at LEAST be 214 by Saturday though! That's what I'm shooting for.

Gonna skip the gym tomorrow, but make a good effort to try for EA Active again.

Man, oh man, I'm really feeling optimistic about reaching my year end goal. If not 200, I'll def. be close!

ALook as the cheat day to "shock" your system...are bodies are way to smart and adapt quick to our diets and exercise programs....so chuck it to that and have a great day tomorrow!! I know you can reach your goal for the year!! you are doing so so great!!!

I've had many weeks where I've just maintained a good outlook for my weigh-in day, even if the numbers weren't always what I was expecting throughout the week. Then, Sunday morning, ta-da! A loss!

AI'm having some FTP issues, so I can't update my chart, but I'm at 214 today.

Yay for that!

Ugh too lazy to keep track of stuff!

I'm eating good, though, aside from that cheat day ^^. Unlike before, I didn't just splurge like crazy for days.

AI know! So good :). I hope every weigh in is like that, I'll hit my goal. I don't see how I can't so long as I stay at 1200 calories a day for the most part.

However, one thing I've found with my personal experience is that even if you do everything perfectly some weeks (calories and exercise), you may not lose a thing. Sometimes it's like your body wants to do it's own thing now and then, but don't get discouraged when it does! It's just part of the process.

AYou know, I love that I've lost so much weight. I love that I've lost so many inches. However, what I don't love...is being a WOMAN! Ugh, finding the right bra is like finding the holy grail.

Anyway, I caved and bought 2 new shirts, a pair of pants, and 2 bras. Took me a while but, yay, now I have clothes that fit. The pants is a size 40 in mens, which I think is like a 20 womens. The shirts are XL (normally I wear 2XL) and I feel soooo much better no longer wearing that old bra! It's like I'm a whole new woman xD.

Anyway! Still eating good, gym about twice a week...I'll get there. I have a date...kinda...tomorrow. I've been talking to this guy, John, online for almost a week. Thought we'd see how it goes for coffee :).
 
AAh! Date went well in my opinion. Ate like a piggy! But man, it was delightful. I'll add more later ^^. I'm so tired! Spent 6 hours just talking and enjoying each others' company.
