so pushups/body squats for tabata alternating them every 30 seconds is a valid option?
tabata can be done on any cardio,skiping,punchbag,bike,tradmill,
its just 20secs all out then 10 secs rest repeat 8 times total 4mins.

I’ve done something like this.
Just something I played about with.
Instead of doing sets and reps.
I did 5 sets of 25seconds.
But I don’t agree with only 10 secs rest. You'll be achieving maximum tension thru exhaustion rather than heavy resistance. And that’s not how you build big strong muscles.
