Tabata Sprint Training

I'm looking into this Tabata training. On t-nation, a couple people spoke of using a sprint workout using the Tabata method. Can anyone direct me to a sample of this sprint workout? Thanks!
 
I think I found what I needed at Ross Training......
 
I’ve done something like this.
Just something I played about with.

Instead of doing sets and reps.
I did 5 sets of 25seconds.

But I don’t agree with only 10 secs rest. You'll be achieving maximum tension thru exhaustion rather than heavy resistance. And that’s not how you build big strong muscles.

tabata is not for buiding muscle its for fatloss
