hey there am trying to tone up and i sw this book in a local bookstore bout swiss balls called (sumthin sumthin) swiss ball by james milligan anyways the equipments required are obviously a swiss ball anklewights,a medicineball,and free weigths and it consists of 20 minute workouts... my problem is a. i dont know if the book is any good b.can you recomend a site where there is a free program with the said equipmnts (cause the friggin book is expensive) c. will it tone my body (cause i lost like 50 lbs last year due to the gym and i dont like how my belly looks) and d. with the 20 minute thing i want to make it longer like an hour or sumthin) pls hel me im a 155 lbs 5'8 18 yo guy who gets complimented due to his pecs LOL so but not the tummy ty yall
