Im actually a swimmer but I've never been able to get abs quite like this. I'm not sure if you know what I'm talking about but its the "v" shaped outline in your lower abs as shown in this picture.
Apparently, it drives the ladies crazy.
Anyone know any exercises that will target this muscle group? I've tried some of exercises that are labelled as "oblique" exercises but they dont work for the "v" outline.
