Nice job!! Teach the brownie who's boss...
Nice work! Just keep it up--you can brainstorm a great cardio plan for indoors, I know you can!
There are a few badasses on here who have gymless, challenging workouts. I don't know what kind of time you have for exercise, but if you TRULY want results, you need to kick your own assC'mon, it'll be fun! It's addicting..............

Those walks sound wonderful (and awesome--4 miles is great!) My in-laws also have a farm and several acres and it's really beautiful to walk on the trails. I haven't done that in a long time, but with the weather getting cooler I just may start that again. Way in the back they used to have a small circle of trees and when my hubby and I were dating he and I were walking back there and in the distance I saw a small fire in the middle of the trees. I pointed it out and he acted all surprised and said we should go see about it. We walked up to it and there was a blanket laid out with two wine glasses, sparkling grape juice (which I LOVE) and some strawberries in a little ice chest, and a bouquet of flowers. I was so surprised! Then he made the evening even better and proposed!!
(His mom had prepared everything out there, while he and his sister were distracting me upstairs!)
Anyway, I forgot how much I love walking out there! Thanks for reminding me!
What you were saying about the Wii Fit was halarious! I just got one recently and think it's so fun and funny too! It's like a mom, asking me if I brushed my teeth today! I was like, wait, can it smell my morning breath, or what?!
Stalkers...
BTW, I'd like to tell you that I'm some kind of incurable romantic type... but I'm not... I like to think that any short comings in that department are made up for in my natural supportiveness in all things related to my wife... I think for the most part she would agree...
That being said however, I gotta tell you Kristi, that's a great story, and an extremely cool and romantic way to propose. Hubby sounds like a great guy.
Oh poor you!TMJ!!!
The dentist made me shell out $350 for a fancy mouth guard because she said it would prevent TMJ and also gum-recession. I wear it like a Good Girl, and now I'm very glad I do! it was EXPENSIVE though, sheesh!Sorry you have awful headaches and can't exercise--I hope it goes away!
Whew, I had braces, headgear, wisdom teeth removed, the nine yards!
I'm so proud of you!
