Thanks. :) We did have a good time. I know I have a quote on my Myspace....Chocolate: Resistance is Futile. :p

45 min. on elliptical and 20 min. upper body toning.

Total exercise for 5th week of challenge: 155 min.

Speaking of myspace... thanks for stopping by my page!! The wall post was cute and if I may not be humble for one moment, I never get sick of hearing that I'm gorgeous:Angel_anim: I really like that picture of myself... it's been so long since I've seen it! I also looked at the pics of you and hubby... you two are so cute! And you both look young still... I think I'm so use to seeing parents who let themselves go and they just look old but the two of you look great! And don't worry about the birthday treats... it's good to indulge... and now you're less likely to feel slighted that you didn't treat yourself at birthday time. Oh, I hope you have a wonderful week:seeya:

You are so sweet! I definitely don't want to be an old foaggie. ;)

Today was an interesting one. I had ordered lunch from school. It was a "scotch egg", which is a hardboiled egg wrapped in sausage (this one was turkey sausage.) Supposedly it's also supposed to be served with cheese sauce. Well this one was just that - a hard boiled egg wrapped with turkey sausage - they must have baked it to stay around the egg?? It pretty much tasted like that too. I mean it wasn't bad, but it wasn't something I would've paid $3 for.

I stopped by Bell's house to drop off her purse (she left it in my car this weekend.) And she wasn't home - so we just made ourselves at home...LOL JK! Since she wasn't home, I called her and she asked when I was going to get signed up at the Y. Well, I told her I was planning on doing it tomorrow, then I said, I guess I could do it today. So I did! And, I found out it was a family membership! :sifone:

Got home then dh and I left to go run some errands and got back around 8:30. So I just got done with exercise: 40 min. elliptical, 15 min. walk at school (which included a hike up a hill!)

Total exercise for 5th week of challenge: 210 min.

Hmmm...I'm intrigue by the scotch egg. How on earth DO you wrap an egg with a sausage. Interesting.

Good job on the Y membership. With the way you're going, you'll get a lot of use out of it!

Hope you had a wonderful monday!

Can't wait to see you at the Y!
You'll have to see if they have open swim during the classes so that C-Man could swim while you exercise if he wanted to.

I'm not sure about the egg thing. I was going to look up some recipes to see what they say.

Oooh I just looked up some recipes for them to see what they looked like. They do look good. Sounds like they're usually deep fried, but here's a baked recipe. It sounds good. I guess it isn't too deadly if you get low fat sausage.

Thanks for that recipe. I knew the ones we got weren't going to be deep fried because they really cook healthily for the kids. Which is a good thing for us too (except Friday pizza!) The ones we had were made with turkey sausage, but it really lacked flavor. I don't usually order the lunches, but I thought I'd give the scotch egg a try. If you try it, let me know what you think.

I did look at the schedule, but haven't really looked at it again. If they have open swim does that mean that an adult has to be with him? He probably won't come this week though because his cousins are at his gma's and he's spending time with them -- especially since he gets tomorrow and Friday off (parent/teacher conferences.) But I don't, I have to do "daycare" tomorrow and Friday. :ack2:

Yesterday I got on the elliptical for 50 min. but didn't post it because it was late when I was done and had to get my shower in then go to bed.

Total exercise for 5th week of challenge: 260 min.

40 min. of toning exercises, 20 min. of martial arts... haven't done it in awhile and whooped my own booty. ;)

Total exercise for 5th week of challenge: 320 min.

Well last night I might have whooped my own booty, but tonight I got my booty handed to me on a plate by Bella's trainer. Man she might be cute, but she's mean when it comes to training.

She said I will feel it Sat., but I'm already feeling it and will feel it tomorrow and Sat. as well!

My total exercise for today was 85 min. - 10 min. walking at school and 75 min. at the gym tonight.

Total exercise for 5th week of challenge: 405 min. (6 hrs 45 min.)

It was a blast having you there. I am glad that you like the class.

You always think you push yourself to the max...until you get a trainer. THey always manage to squeeze every last ounce of effort out of yuo. You are really going to see results, now. Keep it up!

Hey, been a while... figured I'd see how things are doing. Looks like your kicking ass!
