SweatPea is going to sweat it all off...

Posting my nutrition for the day (will edit later as the day progresses.)

Breakfast - Oatmeal Banana bread flavor, w/ soy milk (the Quaker weight loss brand w/ protein.) :)

Snack (before working out) - 1 egg + 1/4 C egg beater scrambled, 1 piece of ww lite bread w/ 1/2 tsp smart balance.

Snack (after workout) - 1 small apple.

Lunch - Beef bologna (60 cals per slice/ had 2 slices), 2 pieces of ww lite bread (guess it's a bread day today!), sf pudding cup w/ 4 tbls of ff cool whip (yeah I could've just went with 2 tbls, but I was splurghing! :D), 1 cup fresh broccoli, 2 tbsp lite veggie dip

Dinner - Salad (romaine lettuce, spinach, broccoli, tomatoes) with a sprinkle of cheese (because that's all my ds left me!), 1 tbls of lite french dressing, 3 oz grilled chicken

And then.... A Candy bar! GRRRR! But I do have it figured in to my total cals. and I didn't do too bad.

Total for the day - 1644!

Water - 80 oz

Exercise 60 min. total between elliptical and treadmill.

I evidently was kicking in mine last night... watched one too many horror movies lately & ended up with a nightmare!
 
I'm always dreaming about something. Usually it's scary or I've got some sort of problem to solve and can't.

Ugh! I was running up and down some stares in a theater last night - cause I was in a wedding. I was trying to find the wedding party - however, I was lost. Then, when I finally found them. I found out I dressed wrong. I was dressing like I was "one of the high school celebs" - according to the dress code. I should've been dressed like "just a class mate." Ha! :troll:

I have lots of dreams where I'm naked and embarrassed, but no one cares. It's weird. Most people sweat in their sleep--especially if you have a microfiber blanket! Men are worse--gross!

:ack2: wow crazy dream!I had one that I was telling my aunt about,but it was the worse I saw my little guy(Hayden-19 months) die he fell on a dagger type thing and everyone wouldn't let me go to the funeral and I still didn't believe he was dead I snuck and opened up the coffin then woke up!!I rarely have dreams like that I usually wake up before the bad stuff happeneds.
I wanted to drop by and tell ya your doing a great job and isn't these cool lol!:willy_nilly::iagree::conehead:

Kind of a sad dream though. I have weird dreams all of the time. Most I don't even want to talk about. And they are very vivid!
 
Hey sure did miss that we couldn't get together for lunch yesterday.
Definately have to make plans to do that next week!

Well I couldn't get in last night (at least not while I was online.) But I just updated my cals from yesterday and not so good - it was like a carb fest.... Ugh!

So yesterday's totals were 1844!

Oh and no exercise. :(

I have a meeting this morning. Then have to be at the school again to set up for parent/teacher conferences. Then, will come home and exercise (promise), then master gardener meeting tonight (which I guess I will be doing solo, since Belle informed me she probably won't be there.) :ack2:
 
I LOVE that AVI, I'm so into the black/white photo's lately its fun!! Have a great time at gardening class tonight, that sounds like FUN, I would love to do that someday as well. Mrs Bell is so darn busy, that gal is going to burn calories just working out her daily schedule. WOW.

Well, don't worry about the carb thing, we ALL go through those, take it from someone who LOVES bread, pasta!! THOSE are my downfall, so I try to stay clear of them as often as possible, it's getting easier every month, but I tell you what 6 months ago, I was eating pasta like 3-4 days a week, no wonder I couldn't lose weight. LOL LOL

Ladybug - I luv your pic in your sig - so cool! I think I tried LB as a NN but it said it was already taken....You!!! Oh and Master Gardening, is not as fun as it sounds. To me it is quite boring! But ask Belle, she lubs it! LOL

So far today with my meals have been ok.

Breakfast: bran flakes w/ soy milk, and 1 cup coffee

Lunch: spicy chicken fillet (no bun, tomato, lettuce, or mayo from Wendy's) and a cappucino from the local coffee shop.

Dinner: Chicken stuffed w/ broccoli and cheese (Schwan's), salad w/ 1 tbls of dressing, 1/2 candy bar (split with dh.)

Total for the day: 1299


Not too great, but it's been a running around kind of day - and I will be leaving here shortly again!

Got my workout done. Not as much as I wanted to do, but my time has been limited today.

Got 25 min. on the elliptical for 1.8 mi. and 15 min. on the treadmill for 1 mi.

Got to go to MG class!
 
Gratz on the workouts and your food looked pretty good for running around all day...
I use bran flakes and grind it for desserts and stuff that calls for graham crackers.. so much healtier..

Today wasn't a normal workout, but I was out with 5th graders raking yards today. Sometimes, I was just watching - but a lot of the time I was raking as well. I'm sure I will feel it tomorrow.

I have to say I don't think they should have the kids raking for the whole day. I think the first 1/2 and then break for lunch and then maybe an afternoon movie or something relaxing would've worked out better. I know I did not want to get back to raking for another 2 hrs after lunch! We did end up leaving earlier - due to the kids just getting too bored (I'm sure exhausted too.)

I heard one of them say, if I never see another rake, it will be too soon. :D
