Oh Yea! I find I like something so much better if I got a good price on it.

Well I know my calories were not too low because when I went on vacation I ate more but not crazy out of control and I gained 5 pounds! I have been back for a week and have been fighting that 5 pounds. This morning I was back down a pound and a half but that still puts me two and a half pounds up from my low. Does that make any sense? All so confusing. I just want to get below the 194 mark!
I am holding out for tomorrow being the day! Going to keep the calories very low today and tonight is cardio night. So I am going to try to jump start something here. Gotta get past this. I sure would like to find a used treadmill. Willpower is strong today. Going to fight hard today.![]()
