Supplements, name yours

Do NOT load!!!

Just take the maintenance dosage. Personally I have not seen any added benefit from loading. It's a great way for you to use more creatine in a faster period of time so you have to buy more.

so what should i do? take one teaspoon a day? even if i decide to load, will it hurt my body? id rather it just be a waste of money than hurting my body.

It won't hurt your body. If you feel more comfortable following the label and the guy at the store that's cool.

Personally I take about 5 grams after training with the my PWO drink.

I'm sure others take it differently. It is a fairly safe supp. Experiment with the dosages and find what works best for you.

after a few weeks, you'll be at the same point whether you load or not so there's no need to as mentioned.

1-AD is some serious stuff. might not be around much longer which i think is a shame

aight so I take creatine after my workouts. I was curious, can I mix the creatine with my usual protein shake (1 scoop GNC 100% whey protein about a cup of milk). that way i get both packed into one.

Finally!! Guaranteed Vitamins

Hello All,
I take vitamin supplements to improve my defense against disease. My family has a terrible health history, so I am a prevention kind of guy.
Last year, I found a company that had a new invention that could measure antioxidant levels using a laser. I was so impressed that I became a distributor.
Check out our scanner. I can arrange for you to be scanned nationwide. call 1-866-713-7528 24Hrs. Distributor needed worldwide!

save money and get much better quality

Anybody taking Centrum or most from GNC...you might as well eat the package. Not my opinion, check out this book:

If you are taking chondroitin for your joints, save your money and find a good quality glucosamine supplement without the chondroitin. It will be cheaper and provide your joints the benefit they need.

All in all, supplements will help speed up your recovery time and nutrient your body where your diet misses the mark. There is no "magic pill" and nothing replaces hard training, good diet, proper rest, and proper supplementation. All 4 points are needed to make gains in strength and size and anybody telling you otherwise is off the mark.

NO2 is a waste of money. All it does is let you look pumped up all the time, but does nothing beyond that.

Check out the link. Most people I spoken to have said about that same as the reviews. I will repeat one of my previous statements. "NO2 is junk!"

Just my opinion check it out for yourself.
