Intake so far
- green tea, bottled water (20)
- rice, chicken and broccoli (no idea...gonna guess high and say 600)

Then I went to class and although I promised myself I wouldn't buy food...I already failed lol...I was so hungry and honestly I couldn't concentrate on my lecture...so I stopped at Timmies during the break and got a large orange peoke tea double double with a maple pecan danish (Lisa I know you go to tim hortons sometimes...if you ever get a chance, try the maple pecan danish is it so freaking good!!! loll but of course only if it's within your points range :)) anyways that timmies added up to about 380 cals but I felt so much better and could actually concentrate during the lecture. Well now I'm at home and thankfully all the Tostitos are done so I wont be eating those...probably gonna make some soup and a salad for dinner (about 250 cals) which will bring my daily total up to Total Cals: ~1250

Exercise
So I went to the gym immediately after class and OMG it was packed!! I would have had to wait another 30mins-hour or so before I could get on a treadmill or elliptical...so I was like forget this...but I still somewhat got a workout by walking to the subway station instead of taking a second subway there like I usually do it was a 20 minute walk (100 calories burned....soft but better than nothing).

Thoughts
I realllllly wanna be 149....any time now lol...I've been trying to get there for so long...I think I might just cry tears of joy when i get there lol. Oh well just gotta take it one day and one meal at a time.

Drinking licorice root tea. Yummy in my tummy :) This is the only one I can drink without adding sugar...love it!!

Making progress mentally --> I had the soup for dinner (bowl of alphabet/vegetable soup, no salad) and to be honest I wasn't satisfied. I WAS FULL but not satisfied, if that makes sense. I wanted something sweet and/or crunchy to eat until i was slightly uncomfortably full and psychologically satisfied. but this time I just had some tea and a few hours later I'm glad I didn't eat anything because now I feel bloated =/ yay for a new found self control.

OMGG so if you like teas you really have to try this: peppermint licorice tea. I know, sounds weird right? but it's soo good! it has a really sweet aftertaste with no sugar. Loves it! and you already know how I feel about green tea LOL
 
I'll give it a try Sunshyne :D If you get a chance try tazo zen tea...so good! It reminds me of the tea in Morocco...green tea and mint blend, but in Morocco it is 10x more delish than the tazo!

Also if you are ever craving a sweet fruit drink I highly recommend chilled raspberry tea, you can add a zero calorie sweetener or honey to taste. IT IS SOOOO GOOD :D

I went online to check out my points for the danish and it would be 7 points and I'm only allowed 20 in a day so I don't imagine I will have room anytime soon but I'm glad I checked it out because I also looked up the cookie I had the other day and it was 5 points!! I guessed 3 and thought that was going to be high - I never imagined 1 cookie would be 5 points!! Yikes!
That licorice tea sounds like something I would really like - I'm going to have to look for it in the store!
I want to see 149 so bad too! I'm feeling like it's going to happen by the end of the week!! Then there is the issue with maintaining it during the long weekend with all the chocolate temptations!!!

Woke up to a 2lb gain. How is that possible!? I had freaking veggie soup for dinner! aka flavoured water!! Okay it's not a big deal but still :toetap05:

dinner: sardines with whole wheat crackers
Binge: half a bag tostitos, 2 twix bars :(

Thoughts
Ugh i was still hungry even after I finished dinner...so disappointed in myself but I had a huge binge. Majorly disappointed. Tomorrow is a new day I suppose but ugh. I was doing so good :(

More than likely water retention from sodium. I'm not sure if the soup you had has a lot of sodium but soups normally have a lot of sodium.
 
^ yeah more than likely its water weight. And the soup was by Campbells (canned) and had 650 mg of sodium!!! bleh

So on my way to class I went to one of my favourite clothing stores. When I weighed 120-130 I used to wear about a size 3 in jeans. Sometimes 5. Now I wear size 9....I'd like to be back down to a size 3, when I felt most comfortable-- thin but not too skinny, just perfect :) I might change my final goal to about 130. Not sure yet, it depends when i actually lose some freaking weight I'll be able to judge better.

Ughh it's almost summer. Feels like it anyway, i already saw a few people in shorts and tshirts. I'm still wearing my hoodie and spring jacket cuz frankly it's not that hot yet :rolleyes: But my hoodies arelike my comfort zone...they just hide everything and are so comfy. But soon I'm gonna have to shed this thick layer of fleece and bare my skin and shape to the world...EEEEKK!!! :willy_nilly:
 
Hi. Thanks for stopping by my diary and the kind words! I'm a big tea drinker too, a cup or two a day, mostly green or jasmine. Nothing like it for stopping a craving.

Thoughts
Today was a really good and productive day :) Eating was TERRIBLE because I just was not focused and just ate whatever was convenient. But it will be better tomorrow!!! Nothing but green tea for the rest of the night.

Size 3! That's so tiny! I'm now in 8's and 10's and I've never worn anything this small! It's a great feeling. I have so many clothes size 14, 16 & even some 18's. I used to own 20's but threw them out as soon as they were too big! I kept a lot of the 14-16 stuff in case I need maternity clothes one day but I would love to throw those out too (donate them to good will of course). I can't imagine being a size 6 or smaller but than again I couldn't imagine being a size 10 and now I want more! Did you keep your size 3's? You should hang a pair of size 3 jeans by your bed to remind yourself morning and night what your working for. I did that once with a dress and it worked really well!! Have a great Easter!! Stay away from the chocolates! Being in the 140's tastes better than any chocolate put in my face!

Yes thats a great idea I actually have a pair of jeans that are too small. They are size 26 or something....I think thats a size zero but I absolutely don't want to be that skinny....and congrats on making in the 140's (again lol!!) great job! Gonna officially congratulate you in your own thread :D Unfortunately I'm not there yet! soon though!!

That didn't stop me from exercising though. I went on a 50 minute run/walk with my mom and sister. There is a route by my house that is quite long (not sure exactly how long) but it's really nice and scenic, and other people run there too. I start at my house and pretty much run on a long route that leads back to my house, coming from a different direction. I feel really good!! Off to take a shower.

Thats what I have going on in my room right now! 2 bikinis, a sundress, and pair of size 5 jeans. It really does work because you see it before you go to bed and when you wake up, every day. a constant reminder.

You are a trooper. It takes a lot of will when all you want to do is lay on the couch in a ball. And running where the views are nice AND with people always makes the time go faster. Great job and keep up the good work, you will see the 140's soon just keep at it :hurray:

Really enjoying the day off today! No school woohoo!! Still lots of homework and studying to do though. And I got my mom hooked on running she really pushed herself yesterday and she wants to go again, I'm so proud of her.

The family made some deep-fried stuff....I didn't even try it yay me. Can't remember the last time I had fried food and liked it. I think I'm just gonna cut it out all together.

Still at 151. It's not a plateau though. I'll reach like 150 and then binge up to 154. so I've pretty much been fluctuating these last couple days a lot. I need to be way more consistent with the "good" days. The running is helping I think and I'm getting better at it. I'm babysitting tonight! three young children so I'll consider that my workout :D They have lots of binge-able food there (Belgian chocolate, baby cookies, pizza etc) so I have to be careful not to over-eat. the 2 girls are absolutely adorable and I like babysitting them :)

I'm really proud of myself for not eating any chocolate with yesterday being Easter Friday :D On Monday when the chocolate goes on sale that will be a different story though :smilielol5:

My dad is the best barbequer in the world!! lol seriously though he makes great food, he's at a healthy weight and he's really active. anyway so he made burgers and I had 2...they were really small, like seriously tiny. Smaller than a regular hamburger @ Mcd's. Speaking of mcdonalds I havent had it in AGES!!!! I don't think I've had it this year... Yay :D If I did get something from there it was probably a coffee and a muffin for breakfast or something.

I've been doing really great since April started :D Which has only been about 2.5 days LOL but het I'll try to keep up the momentum for this month. Losing weight should be a breeze because I'm young and my metabolism is fast-ish and I have a somewhat active lifestyle (no car, I walk everywhere)...I just need to get the eating part down pat!!! which is the hardest part :piggy:

I'm so beyond thirsty. but there is literally NOTHING to drink in my house!!!! Usually I drink bottled water but we ran out so I've been drinking tap water...nothing wrong with it but I mean once you go bottled you never go back :rolleyes:

Back from babysitting!! Eating was okay, not the greatest but not too bad!!

Reasons why I need to reach my GW by July!!!
1) because it's gonna be full blown summer by then, need I say more??
2) 4th of July party!!! everyone gonna be there
3) Going to Florida AND Jamaica!!!! one for a wedding and the other for vacay!! in aug
4) Going to be a frosh leader for my university and faculty in sept

There are a million and two reasons why I need to lose weight my July but those are the main ones :) I don't nessisarily have to lose 30 lbs but thats what I'm shooting for. I might even be content at 130...but we'll see. For now aiming for 30 lbs in 3 months which is a lot but even if I don't make it there I'll still be happy with even just 15 lbs lost
