Is that ALL you ate in a day?
Be careful you don't eat too little and then suddenly realise that you're wicked hungry and eat everything in sight.

To be fair though, you probably have far more self control than I do.

YOU WILL LOSE 30LBS BY JULY. Hell yes you will.

LOL nooo! I update as I eat. So I will update that post after dinner, snacks etc;
and I hope so!! :D

I'm going to be really busy with exams this month so my apologies if I don't post as often! Hope everyone has a fantastic week!!

xoxo

My scale is officially against me!! Yesterday I weighed in at 150.2 so I reasonably assumed I would be in the 140's the next day just due to water loss alone. but low and behold I step on the scale today and it says 150.0 :banghead: I mean, it couldn't give me that 0.1 to take me to the 140's?!? lol well anyway I'm doing really good lately. the holiday was pretty good eating wise (I actually ate less than usual and we didn't have a huge family meal or anything just some chicken i think (which was done when I got home) stuffing, cranberry sauce, rice etc). I just had a small plate of stuffing and cranberry sauce - those are my 2 fave things so why have anything else? My mom got me an easter bunny and I ate most of it and shared the rest. So yea I'm 150.0 on the DOT so I really have to be good today! Oh and I lost an inch of my waist (it's now 29 instead of 30). Running has really been a tremendous help.

Great work Sunshyne! :waving:You'll get there - one day at a time and your doing great! Losing inches is super exciting!! Keep it up and any day the 140's will be yours!!

Thanks lucy and lisa <3 I'll be sure to update when I make it

Intake 1725 calories

Exercise
Went for a jog after class...this time the route took me 37 minutes (last time it took 44 mins so I'm improving a lot). My estimation is that the route is 3 miles. I'll have to drive around there one day to find out exactly how long it is.

Wow that is a great improvement!! Doesn't it feel so good jogging? I just feel so free and like I can do anything I set my mind to when I'm in the middle of a jog. Keep it up!

Thanks for stopping by Lucy :)

I've been very busy with exam preparation and studying etc etc. Basically for the most part I've been doing good.

Went for a run today on the outdoor trail by my house (didn't do the whole lap this time, only 20 mins). on the way I passed by this cute looking guy i've seen before....so I'm guessing he always runs on that trail a lot well anyways I definitely have to start looking cuter for my runs LOL that is definitely motivating haha

I ate a lot today, around 2000 cals. and the food wasn't very healthy.

Not sure how much i weigh, i will weigh in tomorrow

ETA last time i weighed in i think I was 151.6 or something

A Journal/Diary is Great!

I agree. I read about keeping a food diary and think it's a great idea. It's also good to share with your doctor when you go for annual exams. That way, if there are any other nutritional, diabetic or other issues, it helps your doctor narrow down any potential food related issues!

Good luck with your weight loss!

Aw Sunshyne, if you've been healthy the rest of the week it'll just be fluid retention. Just have a few healthy days, drink a heap of water, then step on the scales again :) One day can't set you back that much, it's impossible :grouphug:

Hey Sunshyne! Just wanted to pop in and say hello! We have about the same goal and are almost the same size (although, you seem to carry it MUCH better than I do!). I will continue to check in on ya and see how you are doing! Nice to "meet" you!!
