Sunshine's Diary - lets give it a shot

Ah yes, 8 minute abs! I'm so happy I found that thing online a while back...sometimes I do it just cuz I need a mood booster..okay gang! The days when it's hard to do because of the repetitiveness of doing it every day or nearly so, I just turn music or something on to listen to and then have the volume on the abs video up just enough so i can hear when to switch movements. It makes it go by really fast!

Hey! Haha - I did forget somewhat - I've been busy with planning my Stag and Doe (well helping) it's tonight! Going to be a crazy good time!!
Done my curves 4 times this week, and abs 3 times - so far goals are going well :D

way to go sweetie!!!

I'm trying to get back into the game now... we can do this!!!! Congrats on all of your weight loss and inches lost!

How did your Stag and Doe party go? =)

wowza - it's been awhile - when i switched computers I never added this site to the new one. Weight is going strong at the same weight (grrr) but I hvae lost more inches which is nice - still doing curves at least 3 times a week and have started doing my 8 minute abs at curves which is fun. 3 weeks till the wedding! Yikes!

grats on toning up!!! that's always important as well as weight loss =)

Hmm... as far as pre-wedding advice... I had an AMAZING time at my wedding because I didn't stress out. Give yourself flexibility, relenquish the need to control every detail and just enjoy it! If you have people who you can delegate little tasks to (my aunt was so wonderful and took care of lots of little details) then you don't have to stress out about them. The day of the wedding, all I had to do was wake up, shower, throw my stuff in the car (which my aunt had set out the night before with a checklist), get my hair done, grab some lunch and then head to the church to get dressed. We played everything simple. And that made it beautiful and authentic and us.

Also, expect something to go weird or be wrong. We had a bat fly through the sanctuary during our wedding processional. No big deal! Everyone laughed, the bat found its way out and we went on. While the few days before the wedding i had a minor little spat over where we were going to put the head table in relation to the dancefloor - it really didn't matter. and once i told myself that, it was all just really great =)
