I have a hard time posting food daily, but I can try my best this week so we can at least 'judge' eachothers eating habits - I know I will be eating a lot of microwave dinners this next 2 weeks b/c I'm home alone (fiance is heading out west with some friends) so I'll have to watch and make sure I eat healthy otherwise . I figured the tv dinners were better than grabbing fast food - and I know I'll be slackerish - so I'm trying to at least be a TINY bit healthier in my slacking. lol
lol - No curves today - but the last time I went (mon) was +14 machines
I planned to go in today but while I was eating my protein breakfast (eggs) I got called into work. lol. So I'll have to go tomorrow, thurs and Saturday for SURE to make my 4 times a week!
So I just read days and days of your posts since I randomly forgot about this website, lol..anyway good work with the working out! I have been dyyyinng to get my fiance and/or friend from school to finally get a bike. I wanna ride sooo bad but not alone. So i'm jealous I have the same problem with needing a food plan..i can do the exercise but seem to blow it on the food/alcohol thing. I've been trying to snack on a lot of grainy cereals and fruits lately and that's been good. this is a long post so to sum it up....good job!
Might not go to Curves today - which means I only went 3 times this week when my goal is 4 - but I have my parents dog here and she gets upset being home alone, lol. So we'll see what happens, maybe next week I'll have to make it up by going 5 times!! My scale seems to be leaning a bit lower the last two days...making me feel pretty good
Did Curves yesterday went around 3 times (as opposed to two and some) it felt great! I also did an 8 minute ab video - a bit sore today! lol Hoping to do it 3 times a week with a friend!
So my friend Mel and I are doing an "8 minute abs" challenge - it's just a video I have on my computer and the goal is to do it three times a week - we also included a water challenge - 2 litres each day. Boy oh boy, on top of curves, this abs thing is painful! lol. but fun! So far this week so good

Hahaha - went to go visit my grandma last night (she's 89) and she asked if I was GAINING weight ...*sigh*... it was more funny that disapointing, but still, lol. I'm definitely down 4 pounds from my start weight, with many lost inches (next measure date is the 4th of august)
Wow - if you want to lose weight - don't go to a Portugese wedding! SEVEN COURSES OF FOOD! not exagerating PLUS there was a midnight buffet, lordy lordy, I'll be hitting the gym hard this week!
Wow! I weighed in this morning to see how badly the wedding kicked my butt, but i'm actually only one pound up (and I've been getting lower lately) I was 170 today and was 169 yesterday - after all I ate - I can live with that! lol
Well I work all day today - so I need to get my butt in gear - have some breakfast and get to Curves (I start at 1). 2 days away from exercise has left me feeling sluggish, lol
