Hey. New here. My name's Alan Meltzer and i've just finished my first year at uni (age 20). Throughout summer i'll be working 9-5 monday to friday so will lack motivation to exercise and eat well so i decided to join here, hope it helps.
I weigh 14.6 stone (93kg) and by september 17th would love to be 13 stone which I believe is achievable. I'm around 5ft10.
I'm not going to do any extreme weight loss techniques, just eat well and go running 5 days a week, no exceptions.
I would quite like some form of punishment if either a) i eat badly or b) don't run 5 times a week. But im not sure what that could be, so any ideas would be grateful
