I currently weigh 156 lbs, and my goal is to loose 36 of those by July. Hopefully. However, i know that is hard. Starting tomorrow, I'll start eating healthier and exercising more. To kick start my weight loss I'm gonna do the Hospital Diet. Hopefully I get some quick results that will keep me motivated throughout my diet plan. Anyway, i am excited about this and cannot wait to kick things off
