So, I've been sticking my ITOUCH in my sports bra cause I'm too poor (lazy) to get a armband for my Itouch. If you can't tell by my workout regimen, I sweat buckets of water (V on crotch is mandatory every workout session, also the sweat U goes down to my belly button).. And I noticed two nights ago that my ITOUCH had WET SPOTS on the screen, but it still works.
i do that too with my ipod! I had a mini disk back when those where in-like 4 yrs ago
You have an amazing workout schedule! I wish i could get 60 mins of cardio in. I can only manage that when its kind of imposed on me- like a step class or something
Woke up at 189.8lbs...slow, but damn, I feel like ANYTHING is better than being at a higher number. enough said.
Thats totally the way to think! Sometimes when im tempted to binge because im feeling low, i kind of say the same thing to myself-eating all that food isnt going to make me closer to my goal. Sometimes it works, but most of the time i just need to get the temptation out of sight
