Sugar and Spice makes everything nice!

So, I've been sticking my ITOUCH in my sports bra cause I'm too poor (lazy) to get a armband for my Itouch. If you can't tell by my workout regimen, I sweat buckets of water (V on crotch is mandatory every workout session, also the sweat U goes down to my belly button).. And I noticed two nights ago that my ITOUCH had WET SPOTS on the screen, but it still works.


i do that too with my ipod! I had a mini disk back when those where in-like 4 yrs ago :p and i had an arm band for those and i found it just felt like it was cutting circulation to the rest of my arm. Mind you they were much heavier than i pods/itouch so that may not apply now...

You have an amazing workout schedule! I wish i could get 60 mins of cardio in. I can only manage that when its kind of imposed on me- like a step class or something :p

Woke up at 189.8lbs...slow, but damn, I feel like ANYTHING is better than being at a higher number. enough said.

Thats totally the way to think! Sometimes when im tempted to binge because im feeling low, i kind of say the same thing to myself-eating all that food isnt going to make me closer to my goal. Sometimes it works, but most of the time i just need to get the temptation out of sight

Anyway congrats on your weightloss and keep it up!!

everyone applaudes me for the extensive cardio, which I've put on the back burner for the past 2 weeks cause I got so caught up in lifting weights, which I LOVE to do...but I realized tonight that I really need to maintain 60-minute cardio sessions.

Unfortunately, I haven't gone to the gym today or yesterday. Although yesterday, I went for a jog with my dogs, and now my knee hurts. Like, when I pull my foot out of my shoes, I feel a strain behind my knee.

But I realized I have to do 60 minutes cardio THIS WEEK.

I am back ladies and gentlemen!

I woke up at 189.4lbs on my sister's scale. It's fine that it's slow, I've been in starvation mode. I hope to NEVER do that again.

Although I read a post from Steve about it not mattering whether how often one should eat, I realized that although I can eat 1300 calories in two sittings, my body requires me to eat often to keep my metabolism on the burn!

I just made no pudge brownies, but a twelveth of the pan is 120 calories...so the whole pan is going to cost me 1440 calories. WTF IS NO PUDGE BROWNIES THEN. :toetap05:

I'm excited to go back to the gym. I'm going to lay off the scale for a few days, I promise.

Ahh brownies are one of my weaknesses! We'll put anything chocolaty in front of me and I'll want it!
Ohh weights, I read somewhere that they're even better than cardio but you know what the internets like. I'm thinking of buying some to take back to uni with me would you recommend them and what ones do you use?
Any loss is a good loss :) Keep it up!
 
I took two acetaminophens yesterday to help with the knee inflammation (it started to feel inflamed).

As of now, it does not hurt, but then again, I haven't done any major walking.

Today's goal is to rock my microexam, I got a 100/100 on the first one, and to go to the gym for 60 minutes.

TWO MAJOR events of my day today. Gotta kill 'em both.

I measure my metabolism burn by how many times I go to the bathroom. For example, I woke up at 5am and pissed a long note. And again at 9am.

When I was in starvation mode, I would trickle!

Today's menu is 16oz of tilapia with a yogurt-based cilantro cream sauce, fresh tomatoes, and probably a pita pocket for some grains.

And I'm back on Mannatech shakes.

930am- mannatech shake- 115 calories
1130am- 4 oz tilapia- 120 calories
1 pita pocket- 80 calories
1 tomato- 25 calories
4 oz roast beef- 160 calories
1 tbsp sour cream- 15 calories
brownies- 360 calories
rice dream- 130 calories

Total calories consumed: 1005 calories

I asked my mom for a gold necklace...and instead she bought me this ring.

It's beautiful, it's real, it's diamonds...but it fits my pinky! Horrible, right? I take this as motivation to LOSE WEIGHT so it will fit on my ring finger.

I've fallen off...will be back as soon as i'm back on.
 
Sorry everyone.....

I fell off pretty hard these past few days. Why? I just never stopped to think. I never stopped to say no.

I just kept eating and eating and not going to the gym. I swear my feet look a little bit swollen.

It's 3:07AM and I should be asleep, but a full stomach has killed a regular, normal sleeping pattern for me. :puke:

Now my nips feel a bit sore to the touch, I think I'm about to start my period. :toetap05: I hate my period.

The reason why I want to come back is no longer because I want to see a lower number on the scale. Cause frankly, that shit drove me insane.

My skin cleared up a lot because of all the sweating I was doing.

So if anything, I'm coming back for my skin. I really want to learn how perfect makeup application, and that's only good on a clear fresh face!

Hey, You're still making progress! At least you aren't in the negatives, thats something positive to hold on to. Try not to look at the scale more than once a week, it drives EVERYONE crazy, not just you ;) Judge your weight loss by how your clothes fit. Even a few pounds make a difference.
 
i completely agree with codey. It got to a point where i would end up binging because i was so upset that the scale went up two pounds. Completely irrational i know. So now i just stick to weighing myself once a week, or twice a week if i know i've been cheating...

I didn't binge because I saw an increase in pounds, I binged because I had the money and I wanted to eat.

But while I was a dieting feen, I had occasional binge moments, but were able to control them.

This time around, I just said fuck it.

Codey, you're right. Even a few pounds and my bloating went down SO MUCH. Cause I noticed after a week of eating bad, my stomach is out!

YEAHHHHH...so The moment I make the choice to eat healthier and to go to the gym, is the moment I come back.

I told myself I'd be back today...but where am I?!...right.
 
Don't be so hard on yourself!! You've done a great job with your weightloss so far and you are going to keep it up!!

Cant wait to hear that your new ring fits on your ring finger :)
 
Hey sorry to hear your not feeling great but we all fall off you just gotta get back on!
Personally I think in some cases its a good thing. Makes you reassess thing and eventually more determined!
I haven't been too good this week - or today - but I have to get back on track tomorrow too.
As hard as it is to get motivated, in the words of nike - just do it!
I promise I'll try and take that advice too :D

Hi everyone...

Instead of deleting this diary and making a brand new one for a new start...

I figured I'd just bump my diary and maintain it...

I'm back, I haven't weighed myself, but I am very sure that I have gained it all back plus more. It'll probably take a whole 7 days to get down.

I'm so full of crap, literally.

I need to change...I will change! Inside, and out.
