I couldn't help it but weigh myself after going to the gym---I was 191.4lbs! Yesssssss...I *hope* I see 190 tomorrow!!

I *hope* I have the energy to wake up tomorrow for the step and lifting class at the gym....I really hope so!!

I'm not sure how much I weigh, cause I'm pissed off at my sister's gay ass scale. I remember going on at 192, then a second later, I was 193. Fuck that shit!!!!

I woke up and ate 3/4 of a turkey wrap from costco.

It has alot of turkey, a wheat tortilla, cheese, and some mayo spread, lame ass veggies too.

I just took a big shit (in the morning after turkey wrap), i love it! I think that my weight loss comes from pee, shits, and sweat. Can I really sweat/poo/pee 64 pounds?!...I hope so! hahahah!

You need to eat calories to lose weight, it's all about the right amount. 910 calories today? Is that really all you had? It is possible that your body is like "Wtf? Feed me!!" Kicked itself in to starvation mode and is holding on to everything your eating with the claw of death in order to stay going. Your body needs more calories than that just to do it's normal functions, let alone keep up with all the exercise your doing.

Just my thoughts. Take it with a grain of salt if you want, but that could be a reason for the weight jumping, any gains that don't make sense, or even a complete halt to the loss all together.......... or it could be the scale being dumb. My scale is dumb sometimes too, but I think it's because I get all stressed and tense up... which adds pounds, must relax during a weigh in.

Still, think about what I said, please? :)

Yea, tamara. I'm hearing ya girl, i'm hearing, and listening, and thinking abotu what i just read.

Today, I stayed at 910 calories cause I literally lay on the couch all day doing NOTHING until I go to the gym. Surprisingly my head doesn't hurt (hungry) cause I can't listen to my stomach because my stomach no longer talks to me anymore.

Also, it's easier to eat more calories when I "live on my own" and when I'm active.

For example, the other days, I was active..I was eating 1200-1500 calories.

When I'm in Davis, biking to class, walking around, biking home, going to work, AND the gym, I'm starving at 1200 calories.

When I'm at home, I sit on the couch watch TV, take naps, and wake up late. doing NOTHING and not hungry.

Yeah I need to maintain like 1200-1500 calories I think for some solid weight loss WITHOUT starvation mode.

I'll try to do that this week, most likely will, since I will be up and walking and what not.

Thanks for the concern. This is a wonderful time to start an experiment.

Experiment: Eat 1200-1500 calories a day and see how that affects my weight loss.

I've been slacking in the calorie arena lately too, it's hard... the days mine was under 1400, I had to force them to be above 1000, even. So I do understand, really. Just worried about you, your like my little weight loss buddy, lol. I lay on my bed on my pc before and after work, I'm sooo lazy, I understand that too.

Well, it could have been worse, don't be hard on yourself, ok? Tomorrows a new day. Do you plan your days out in advance, or just eat as you go along? If you don't, it might help to try and figure it out a night in advance or in the morning before you start your day. Like I use fatsecret.com to preplan my days to and then I stick to it either 100% or 90% but usually end up ok in the end. Like today, I made a few adjustments through out the day. I hope your foot will be ok. Your doing a good job, keep it up! :)
 
190.4lbs this morning. Feels good. =)

I will finally be in the 180s this week! YEAAAAHHH.

So, I've been sticking my ITOUCH in my sports bra cause I'm too poor (lazy) to get a armband for my Itouch. If you can't tell by my workout regimen, I sweat buckets of water (V on crotch is mandatory every workout session, also the sweat U goes down to my belly button).. And I noticed two nights ago that my ITOUCH had WET SPOTS on the screen, but it still works.

I've turned it on and off for the past day, to see if it still works, and it does, and unfortunately the wet spots seem to be growing rather than drying up.

Soooo after joining a itouch fan forum, I was advised to put it in a bag of rice...which I just did.

It doesn't necessarily kill the workouts, but man...I live on that thing! schedules, to-do lists, music! my gosh...life without my itouch, I wonder....

Sooo instead of going to the gym, I decided on cleaning and cooking. Cleaning is something I should do cause I never do it on a daily, moment-to-moment basis.

I cooked this Chicken Curry Dish..

check it out!
12 oz chicken
1 tbsp of curry powder
dash of cumin, chili, black pepper, basil leaves
1 cup of nonfat plain yogurt
1 yellow squash
1/4 red bell pepper
1/4 red onion
1 tbsp of ginger and garlic

It sounds freaking good and it smells good too. Tomorrow's food!! I'm sick of my ground turkey...lol I also bought a few bags of tilapia fillets that I CAN'T wait to season up and cook.

Since I've been eating alot of beans, which aren't the healthiest food option, and not going to the gym, I decided NOT to weigh myself this morning. :angelsad2:

I'm happy I finished off my beans, so no more! Beans are healthy, but they sure do pack a lot of fat and carbs....the ratio of fat/carbs/protein isn't great...

The upside to all these beans, I have NOT felt hungry this week. Also probably because I'm not working out...I promise to go tonight though!

I actually desire to be 187.X tomorrow, but I know that won't happen. Because after I worked out, I was 188.8, but after I took a shower and drank 1/2 cup of water, I was 190.

Oh well.

I think my weight loss is happening at a good pace though. Last Thursday, I remember weighing at the gym, with everything in hand (itouch, shoes on, towel), I was 194.8-194.0. Tonight, I was 192.8-192.2

Sounds like solid slow weight loss :party: Even though with these little daily fluctuations, It looks like I am losing 2 pounds a week.

My goal was to be 185.X by Monday and fluctuate 185-183 this next week.

I am very positive that I will see 187 on my sister's scale this weekend. :biggrinjester: I have three weigh-ins to see it! Do work baby.

I'm not sure what time I will go to the gym tomorrow, but I feel awful for not doing 60 minutes of cardio and I know, my gym sessions are no longer burning a hell of a lot calories.

If I can MAINTAIN that extensive cardio, that'd be great. Just because I'm not 199 doesn't mean I should "relax" now! :banghead: I do get lazy cause I'm starting to see my neck veins cause I lift weights now.

But I know my fat loss would sore if I just did some long cardio. I must force myself to do 60-minute cardio!!!

So starting tomorrow, my goal is to do at least 4 days of 60-minute cardio until next Thursday. Also! I gotta make sure I EAT enough too to fuel all that muscle!

Saturday: 60 minute cardio
Sunday: 30 minute cardio + lifting

So I didn't wake up at 187, but I woke up with a starvation headache. I totally learned my lesson. I gotta eat!

I woke up and wanted to eat Chinese food, so we went to a Chinese buffet, but now the problem was I couldn't indulge because I'm on a diet!
