Woke up today at 193.2lbs. Awesome. Muhahahahha. I'm back!
1 cup of total- 190 calories
1 cup of rice dream- 130 calories
1 banana 100
1 cup of blueberries 80
1 peach 60
1 pear 90
1 healthy choice frozen dinner 280 calories
3 cups of pasta 600 calories (mixture of homemade stuffing-potatoes, bread, peas; pasta- tomato sauce and ground turkey)
1530 calories.
I couldn't help it but weigh myself after going to the gym---I was 191.4lbs! Yesssssss...I *hope* I see 190 tomorrow!!
I *hope* I have the energy to wake up tomorrow for the step and lifting class at the gym....I really hope so!!
Exercise tonight...
30 minutes elliptical climber interval training 5190 strides
tricep pull down 40 x8 x10 x10
lat pull down 50 x10 x10 x10
barbell chin up 40 x8 x8
bicep curl 30 x8 x5
5 minutes cycling
leg press 95 x10 x10 x10; 110 x15
calf raises 95 x10 x10 x10
5 minute powerwalk treadmill 2.0 incline at 4.0mph

So under 190 by Monday...please GOD! 
Even though with these little daily fluctuations, It looks like I am losing 
I have three weigh-ins to see it! Do work baby.
I do get lazy cause I'm starting to see my neck veins cause I lift weights now.
