Thank you so much! We should help eachother not eat out this weekend. If it wasn't for reading my diary and having more support I wouldn't have gone for that run. I am so glad it did. I couldn't do it without so much support.
So last night I made pizza with 100% whole grain crust and everything low fat, lots of veggies and ground turkey. It was really good, so good in fact that I ate 5 slices! I am so mad at myself! I do so good and then when I am so close to my goal weight I have a binge and kill it! So this morning I am going to the gym and working my butt off.
My right knee has been giving me problems so I don't know if I will run today but I am doing my step class and weight lifting for sure. Then off to work.
That pizza sounds so good - I wouldn't worry about 5 pieces, I bet it wasn't even that many calories when you added it all up. With all that working out your doing you probably burned that easily with one workout! Keep it up your doing great!
