so what is it that you've figured out that works -what's the big mystery? we'd all like to benefit from your research...
That knowledge is really on a need to know basis. The mechanic can fix your car faster than he can explain the process and why it works.
you said you're an expert - - be an expert - i'm always looking for ways to improve...
I'm not trying to wreck this thread - one of my obligations is to protect the members of this forum - I've asked a few times what your qualifications were and you've danced around the question... you're a foremost authority on obesity but you're not putting forth your credentials. Why are you trying to wreck this thread?
Many excuses - not paying attention, spending 48 weeks of the year travelling and eating all meals in restuarants, working 70 hours a day and not having time for me - Lots and lots of excuses...You were over 300 pounds and obviously your eating was out of control. Why do you think that was?
Actually if you're leaving it up to blind trust of a mechanic to fix your car and not explain what he's done to fix it -you're asking to get ripped off... Education and knowledge are key components in a lifestyle change...
pssst -I was obese -now i'm overweight![]()
Male, we cannot possible know everything. I cannot explain this quickly. It takes time to absorb. Sometimes you just have to go on faith. So if you really want to know, simply observe for a while and all your questions will be answered before you ask them. Can you do that?
having lost the weight I have, I can pretty much guarentee that the only faith involved is the faith in one's self and one's own goals and aspirations.. it doesn't rely on putting faith in someone else..
What am I going to observe?
People losing weight.
I'm actually quite intelligent, I'd show you my mensa card but I let that membership lapse, I have quite a high iq with the ability to understand complex things... you really can explain things and we will understand...
We will see.
I also understand how most engines work as well - as I had a piece of crap car, and wanted to be able to communicate with the mechanic on a level that he could better fix was broken...
I have a very open mind... I'm willing to be a guinea pig as I already stated - i've been around this site for a long time and I think im fairly trustworthy - if I say you've got something to contribute... then it's like the good housekeeping seal of approval...
I still have about 60lbs to lose -why not help me out?
Well said Mal
How come he hasn't answered your question yet as to what your doing wrong??
