i used to have there cd when i was in high school! that was the coolest song ever back then heck its still a cool song lol.... i was signing it in my head all night yesterday..might even have to DL it,get me motivated again lol
doing awesome on the exercise K and yeah working on your basement counts for something!! hows you son liking exercising with you? :)
 
Hey girl! YEAHHHHH!! Go you with the compliments !!! That means all this hard work is paying off - it is such a fab feeling with people notice! You rock! haha* Yeah if I were you I would hold out a little bit ... as long as you can! For some reason, guys think that they can just roll over and hop aboard lol*and that's that ... umm hello gentlemen! NO WAY! We need a little ATTENTION beforehand! Do they get this? oh of course not haha* Trust me though, the longer you hold out - the more lovin you'll get (foreplay included hehe* YESss) in the end! Men, I tell ya! haha*

My son loves exercising together...which is very cool..matter a fact he was bummin this morning when i went w/ a friend in town & not w/ him...too cute. I am giving him a break today as he has had lots going on w/ soccer Yeah..I love that song..I love salt n peppa anyway...I like "none of your business" and "shoop" is like my all time fav!

OK...my food for yesterday was...
b: bowl of oatmeal w/ raisens, coffee w/ creamer, 1 slice of anadama toasted

L: low carb turkey wrap w/ veggies, lofat mayo, small dish of fresh fruit, 1 cup of soy milk

S: cup of soy milk w/ a whole wheat PBJ w/ sugar free jelly

D: tofu w/ mushrooms, onions, peas in a ginger teriyaki sauce 1.5 cups
2 cups of green tea

water 90 oz

Exercise: 30 min on elliptical, 20 min of squats/25 pushups, lots of crunches & stretches...probably did an hr total

Today
B: 1 bran muffin w/ soy lattee sugarfree

S: fresh fruit N yogurt

Im not sure about the rest

Exercise : so far did 20 min power walk this am...going to do my fat burning tape this afternoon.

water will be 90 oz
2 cups of green tea & 2 cups of soy milk
food...not sure yet :-D

Oh...my hubby called me slim last nite! SLIM! me! HUH?! I was really touched though because i can tell he meant it and that he knows how hard im working at this. I would be so happy if i could just get down to a 14 maybe a 12 the lowest..id look great w/ my frame & id be in good shape...hopefully by next year at this time! That would so rock!
 
How I would LOVE to be a 14!!!!!......Still too big for others but perfect for me!!!!!!! Your eating and exercising is REALLY nice...you keep that up and you are bound to lose MORE than 5 lbs!

1slice of homeade whole wheat banana bread

L; a chic parm sandwich w/out the bread, 1 serving of broccoli, 1 cup of soy milk

S: 1 yogurt

D: mixed veggies w/ chopped chic/apple sausage, 1 oz of cheddar, 1 slice of banana bread
1 cup of soy milk

1 cup of green tea

Water 90 oz
Exercise: still not feelin all good..so i went for a walk w/ the kids pushin the stroller...probably did 1.5 miles..nothin overly impressive...but its something

I love comedians... they make life a little lighter for a bit. yeah..feeling much much better today... I am thinking a real workout is needed today, my legs were achy last nite from lack of exercise... funny to see how my body really needs it and craves it now. We are going away this weekend to the same cabins we went to this summer... just for a coupld of days..hoping to get some hiking in.
 
Hope you start feeling much better!.....Maybe going to the cabins and smelling that air is just what you need!!!
 
Yeah ...im back..it was nice but of course its a lot of work for me to pack everything & the kids...didnt eat terribly great all weekend..but i did enjoy myself.

later: small slice of quiche w/ cheese & ham

L: 1 chic breast baked w/ 2 cups of cooked spinach
2 small cookies shortbread

S: yogurt

D: sauteed chic w/ asp, carrots, green beans & brown rice in a lite white wine sauce.
1 cup of soy milk

2 cups of green tea

Water 90 oz

Exercise: 30 min on elliptical
should do another 20 min on the elliptical tonight plus abs
 
Hello, your food sounds amazing! You must cook often. I would love that pumpkin raisin bread recipe but I have a feeling I'd eat the whole loaf!

tHANKS LADIES... I am back..and do need a vacation from my weekend...from my family really. My mom & I are booked to go away for one night together on the ocean...found a cheap hotel & im going to try to book maybe a spa trip...either that or im going to do it for myself beforehand. I so need it..my hubby works late all the time & ive got it all on my shoulders...he just doesnt get it. I get really tired really fast w/ it all...
Yesterdays food
B: 2 slices of toast in the am whole wheat

S: 1 slice of leftover chic & veggies from nite before

L: 1 sliced chic saus w/ 1 cup of succotash
1 cup of soy milk

S: 3 graham crackers, 1 cup of soy milk

D: 1 mcyds sesame chic salad w/ 1/2 of a small fry.

Exercise: nada...no time...
Water 90 oz
2 cups of green tea

Today
B: 2 small multigrain pancakes, 2 cups of java

S: 1 oz of cheese w/ handful of triscuits

L: marble rye w/ corned beef, red onion & thousand island...not good for me but ohh so yummy
1 soy lattee sugar free

S: 1 oz of cheese & triscuits ...dajavue or what

D: thin sliced steak, 3 slices w/ onions on
Asian salad mix... tomatoes
2 glasses of wine red

Water 90 oz
green tea 2 cups decaf

Exercise: 1 hr walk pushing stroller...at about a 3mph pace

I have sooo been slackin on my diary...and that always leads to slackin in my diet & workout because Im not holding myself accountable....I hardly slept last night but Im determined to post today & have a good post to head up the next week...
