Freaking hubby's i swear lol mine did that this weekend :rolleyes: , good for you that pizza will be gone in no time :)
 
I threw the last 2 pieces in the garbage..he doesnt know that yet. I couldve said no though ...i just didnt eat enough at dinner.or enough fiber....if i had i could have resisted.
oh well...we have our great days and our not so great.
I now have 3 friends that want to start doing 5 & 10Ks w/ me...and they just started getting up in the mornings to do them...i thought that was pretty cool.
 
Thats really great! Looks like you excersize alot! I bet the compliments made you feel on cloud nine huh?
 
Oh yeah they really do...but you know sometimes i worry that i will never be happy w/ myself...i worry that i will always feel like that insecure fat girl that never is quite good enough because of her weight...its so weird too cuz people look at me as though i am totally confident & totally in control..and i so am not. I was talking to a girl who recently lost 100 lbs..and she said she still gets that feeling..almost like its hard to get past it.
oh well...on to my day
Dinner was 2 small lamb chops on the grill w/ grilled peppers, onions, sw taters & garlic... very yummy... and a 4 oz glass of soy milk

Just got back from 2 hrs of tennis..im sooo sweaty and tired but i played a little better tonight...it sucks though there are still occasionally people who just dont like to deal w/ you because you are a beginner..I wish people could remember they were there once!
Mean people suck!
I want to make a t-shirt that says "Jesus loves you but everyone else thinks your an a-hole" LOL...yeah..now i feel better!
thanks ladies for all your love & support you all give me and each other..its a bright spot in my day when i come here.

B: oatmeal 1 pkt w/ cinnamon & 2 tbsp of PB
soy latee no sugar

S: green tea 2 cups & 1 cheese stick & a piece of fruit

L: salad w/ grilled chic, low fat dressing
yogurt w/ fruit

not sure about the rest...running out of snackies so im off to the store

exercise so far: 1 hr walking 3.5 mi & cool down
later will do either another walk or somthing...
 
This might sound weird but i know whatyou and your friend mean. i dont know if ill ever be happy w/ my body. i still feel like im big most of the time its hard to change that mind set. i know i sure as heck dont go around feeling like im a skinny thing. some times i go by a mirror in a store or something and im like whoa that cant be me....dunno if it'll ever change.

LOL if you ever make that tshirt let me know ill buy one!!! :D sounds like you really worked it though good for you! :)

LMAO!!!your so right, we need to lighten up and not be so hard on our selves :) thanks K that put a smile on my face.(plus i really think im gonna get a tshirt that says that and wear it around the house lol thats a keeper lol)

D: stuffed red bell pepper w/ tomatoes, corn & canneli beans, grilled chic 1/2 breast
1 cup of soy milk, 1/4 c parm ch on top of peppers

water 128 oz
green tea 16 oz

supplements: 3 flax oil, 2 FC, 1 multivit
exercise: 40 min fat burning w/ 20 min resistance machine & crunches

I think we could make a few different t-shirts L...but that one is a start... i like "Yes, I maybe fat, but your stupid... at least I can lose weight:

Food for today...feel like crapola on a stick today..not sure why.. i think its the flax oil caps...but i almost feel like i have a flu bug. this humidity isnt helping how i feel either.

S: 1/2 c lowfat cottage ch w/ handful of cherry tomatoes & 2 slices of lean turkey breast

L: kinda had a snack here..just wasnt hungry- 1 mini whole grain bagel w/ 1 tbsp PB & an apple

S: had my lunch now... 2 egg white omelet w/ 3 slices of turkey bacon & 1 oz of mozz. ch. & 1 pear

D: no idea... could care less..probably having something easy

water 100 oz
green tea 16 oz

exercise : only did 30 min dance video..just dont have it in me today.
 
Hey K you feeling any better? really sucks that you arent feeling good. you really think it could be the flax seed oil? i hope its not the flu bug that would be awefull, hope your feeling good and back to your normal self today :)

exercise: 1 hr tennis playing singles


Sunday:
1 hr hike... actually jogged..thats right jogged the 1/8 mile home on a dirt road... I felt pretty good L! I was really psyched!

B: 2 egg whites, 3 slices turkey bacon
coffee w/ soy milk

S: 1 banana w/ 2 tbsp PB
2 cups green tea

L: salad w/ lite tuna no mayo
handful of almonds on top
1/2 c soy milk

not sure about the rest..
down 2 more lbs today to 252... thats 29 off since Jan!
pretty psyched!

Lunch actually was a stuffed tomato w/ tuna w/ lite mayo & salad greens & a low sugar 4 oz yogurt & 1 cup of lite soy milk

no snack

D: 1 gr beef burger grilled w/ 1 slice of cheese & lots of steamed brocolli w/ garlic...

water 128 oz
green tea 2 cups

going to also do my crunches... 140 regular & 15 pushups
 
Glad your feeling better BTW i know what you mean a compliment from my H is like pulling teeth! hes all like well i dont want it to go to your head???WTF sorry my bad language but hey men i tell ya...hope your feeling better(emotionally)today to....your doing great K im sure your looking fantabulous :D

Thanks... I am looking better..its just 2 lbs a week is so slow ..I know I know its healthy..but its slow.
I had a tiring day w/ the kids & I dont think im workin out tonight...We went on a field trip..walked alot & man was it hot.. It was 90 w/out the added humidity. uggh

Todays food

B: 1 pkt oatmeal w/ 1/2 banana, 1 tbsp PB, coffee w/ soy milk

S: 1 handful of unsalted peanuts

L: tossed salad w/ 2 slices of swiss & 2 slices of lean turkey breast, 1 pear

S: 1/2 leftover burger- w/ 1/2 c cottage cheese & 2 tbsp hummus w/ some cukes
iced soy milk w/ coffee no sugar

D: 3 bean salad & 1/4 c lite mayo coleslaw, 1/4 of a chic breast grilled
2 cups green tea

water 128 oz
all my supplements & 2 c green tea
 
Yeah im unmotivated in the cardio area too, man is it hot here you sweat not doing anything....slow and steady wins the race they say...i know how frustrating it can be, but slower is better a lesser chance of gaining it all back that way ;) i really beleive that, well its worked for me :)
 
You are living proof my dear & when i doubt it I read your diaries and realize i can do it too! I did workout this morning..w/ this heat that is the only time I can deal w/ it.

Today walked 1 hr , did my 5K walk w/ cool down & stretches

so your doing more soy products now and TVP?so the reasoning behind this is that its easier on your body? just curious lol Hmmm sounds interesting,let me know how its all working for you. how you doing on the lower carb thing? looking good though and you did your workout excellent! :D
