And so today WAS much better. Did a massive shop in the morning and managed to stay on top of snacking + did a Fitness Blender workout AND 10 push ups (back in March couldn't do a single one, so this is MASSIVE for me
).
Next goal is to finally do a headstand. I've been trying on and off for four years I think, and I ALWAYS tip over (there's always a wall behind me
). I think I tip over because I'm scared that I am going to tip over, if you know what I mean. Going to keep on trying!
