so i've always been on the bigger side, i've recently lost a lot of weight but I still have a belly and chunky thighs, would really love to be fit and have a nice body that i'm not ashamed to have, don't get me wrong, if a girl is bigger and they're okay with their body size thats amazing and I support them, in a lot of ways I admire them...i'm just not one of those people who can be comfortable being at a bigger weight...so my problem areas are my stomach, thighs and arms, i've started a weight training class at school, i'm not that worried about getting a workout in my routine, what i'm worried about is junk food. I have a huge problem with eating junk food and fast food of any sort, I know I shouldn't eat it, I know it's bad but I really cant stop...if someone has any tips on how to stop doing this I would greatly appreciate it.:bigear: i'm going to try very hard and post something everyday and stick with this because I know i'll stay on it if people hold me accountable and keep me on track :p:grouphug::beating:

My tip? Most things come down to choice. What do you want the most? Your body deserves to be fed healthy, nutritious food, not junk. Once you start eating healthier your tastes will change. You can do it!
