so i've always been on the bigger side, i've recently lost a lot of weight but I still have a belly and chunky thighs, would really love to be fit and have a nice body that i'm not ashamed to have, don't get me wrong, if a girl is bigger and they're okay with their body size thats amazing and I support them, in a lot of ways I admire them...i'm just not one of those people who can be comfortable being at a bigger weight...so my problem areas are my stomach, thighs and arms, i've started a weight training class at school, i'm not that worried about getting a workout in my routine, what i'm worried about is junk food. I have a huge problem with eating junk food and fast food of any sort, I know I shouldn't eat it, I know it's bad but I really cant stop...if someone has any tips on how to stop doing this I would greatly appreciate it.
i'm going to try very hard and post something everyday and stick with this because I know i'll stay on it if people hold me accountable and keep me on track
