I'm going to start the Westside 4 Skinny Bastards Part 3 workout either this week or the next (I need to get the food aspect of the plan in order and it may take another week to get everything), anyway, I had a few questions. Hopefully someone can give me a little insight to some terminology.
1)What exactly is a "5 Rep Max"?

2)What do they mean when they say "60% rep max"? am I right in saying that means if your max bench is 180lbs, do 60% of that?
